We booked non-smoking rooms. Per manager, the rooms are non smoking. However other customers smoke in them & so smell stays. Sofas extremely dirty..Not only my kids were sick bcos of smoking room.Total waste of money and management didn't care for complain nor tried to compensate in any other manner. They don't care for customers.

The sky bar is not as advertised. This is only for private parties and not actually set up any other time. In the fitness center, the two treadmills were not functional during my stay. What was advertised as a 24 hour gym, I was told at check-in actually opens at 7am.

Great rooms, average breakfast
The hotel is nice, service is pleasant, the rooms are great - very comfortable. Two things that I did not like: (1) the breakfast was average by hotel standards, limited spread, not-so-fresh fruit, chewy bacon, etc, and (2) they refused to give me a late check-out in spite of us having booked 6 room-nights. So the front office staff is probably not empowered to take these calls.

I hv written a feedback form when I was in the hotel. The hotel room is clean except the phone in the wash room, it has not been cleaned and very dusty. There is sting of cigarette in the room. Another thing is that the sound proof system needs to improve because I can hear the water running in the neighboring room.

Nice hotel friendly attentive staff .... Delhi was very cold when I arrived ... Rooms have no heating ... So small electric heaters are supplied ... ...clean tidy room ...Prompt laundry attention.... Free wifi ... All in all a very pleasant stay and would happily re visit this hotel.... !

Stayed here before heading out to DEL airport (which takes 45 mins during evening rush hour). Clean room, good food at restaurant; free internet plus universal electricity adapter in room. Good place to stay.

Great time away!
We travelled to Gurgaon on June 24th for four days. We booked the hotel for its location and the previous reviews, and also because it was one of the only hotels that could accommodate four of us in one room. We requested a cot and a single bed for our daughter. On arrival we were informed that the staff could not fit a single bed into the room, so this meant that our 7 year old had to share the kingsize bed with us. This worked out fine and she was happy. The main thing was that there was a cot in the room for our son and this was provided with fresh crisp linen and some pillows. Everything was very clean and the staff were attentive and very helpful. Everything that you could possibly need was provided in the bathroom, shoe shine, loofah, toiletries inc toothbrush and razor etc. We used the breakfast buffet twice and had breakfast cooked for us. Very happy with the standard of food provided. We ate lunch once at the Great Kabab Factory and the meal was fantastic. Our son who is on a wheat, gluten and dairy free diet was catered for adequately when we asked for something suitable and the staff were informed so they offered us gluten free bread for the morning breakfasts and the room service we had one morning having slept through breakfast (we were a bit jetlagged!). The hotel provided a driver for us (Pankaj) who was brilliant. Very informative about the local area and about life in India when we asked lots of questions. Thank you to everyone at Park Plaza!

We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff was super nice. We hired a driver for the 4 days we were in Delhi, Ramjeet - very sweet and trust worthy. He was also an incredible driver in the crazy Delhi traffic.

really enjoyed my stay at the Park Plaza
Enjoyed a pleasant three night stay at the Park Plaza. staff went out of their way to be helpful, nothing was too much trouble. rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. choice of two restaurants , both good. buffet breakfast provided. half an hours drive to Indira Gandhi International airport and about three and a half hours to Agra. Would certainly return to this hotel.

What a fantastic hotel!
Everything was wonderful from the minute we walked in the door! The service was exceptional and everything was very clean. Both of the restaurants were fantastic and the complimentary breakfast was much more than we expected. We used the hotel's car service exclusively and were very happy with that service as well. I would highly recomend this hotel and would look forward to staying there again.

Quality Hotel with Excellent Service
Park Plaza is a fine establishment with a very professional staff and amenities that compare very favorably to hotels worldwide with similar "star" or quality ratings. It's location at the heart of the business district in Gurgaon and a 30-minute ride to Delhi Airport is an advantage. With a very efficient travel desk offering car services, it kept our deliberations productive with minimal hassles. The size of the hotel with 45-rooms is a plus and allows for a more personal experience. The rooftop swimming pool was a real advantage in Delhi heat. The staff at the hotel are extremely courteous and highly trained. The complimentary breakfast service is a very diverse spread from continental to ethnic and would easily beat similar offerings of other US or Western hotels of comparable ratings. We had an outstanding experience and would recommend this hotel.
