Spacious new barndominium sitting on 15 acres of scenic farmland, located 15 miles from downtown Guntersville. 5 miles from public boat ramp, ‘The Ponderosa’ is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and unwind after a successful day duck hunting or bass fishing on beautiful Lake Guntersville. ‘The Ponderosa’ has a rustic and cozy feel with two bedrooms, one bath, comfortably sleeping up to 7 people. The primary has a Queen and a twin, and connects to the bathroom with a standup shower, toilet, and sink. The secondary has two full beds. The open living room is the perfect place to unwind and watch the game on the big screen tv while relaxing on the reclining sofa or leather recliner. Long wood table can sit up to 10 people. Kitchen features a large sink, refrigerator, air fryer, and Keurig coffee maker.
