"The shower faucet leaked terribly, we had to close the bathroom door and turn the bathroom fan on to drown out the noise, the heater/AC made terrible, loud noises each time it kicked on,We did not sleep well at all! When we did get up to go to our sons wrestling tournament, we woke up to a very "full" bed bug crawling on the sheets.I took a video to show management and when he saw, he tried to tell me "we don't have bed bugs"... even after seeing the video. I requested a full refund for the two nights we were supposed to stay (we only stayed the one night) we couldn't get out of there fast enough! Hopefully I receive my full refund. I will know in a couple of days :("
