« I am writing an email to complain about an incident which occurred at your hotel when I stayed on the 20/2/26 myself and my mum had driven up to pick my 4 year old up for the weekend and decided to stay at your hotel the waterside hotel during our stay we were disturbed twice by one of your fire alarms so we had to evacuate the building in doing so we all had to wait outside during a brief inspection by the fire brigade we were allowed back into the hotel and back into our rooms. So after trying...

« Room was booked 24hrs prior to visit. Room was great. Staff were very friendly. Locals equally welcoming. Lovely bar area with ample seating. Didnt get to enjoy breakfast due to needing to rush over to Lime Street to spend the rest of the day travelling home. However what was seen coming from the kitchen looked delicious!! »

« Je suis arrivé pour motif professionnel ,et j’ai demandé à la réception si le parking était payant et si oui de le mettre sur ma chambre ou de me dire comment faire. On m’a répondu que c’était bon et qu’il n’y avait besoin de rien. J’ai trouvé que c’était bizarre , en plus à la fin de mon séjour une autre personne à la réception m’a demandé de renseigner la plaque de ma voiture . Au final j’ai reçu une amende de parkingeye ! Pas très correct. »
