Located on the 4th floor of the Legacy 2 Tower, this professionally furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium offers 1815 Sq. Ft. of living area. The Living Room is equipped with a 50” flat screen TV, with access to a huge balcony overlooking the 2 beautiful pools. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a 50' TV, a huge private bathroom with a garden tub, a separate shower, a double vanity with granite tops and a large walk-in closet. The second Bedroom has a King-Size Bed, a 42' Flat Screen TV and a double closet. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds along with a queen size bed, a desk, and 42" flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with the top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and is fully furnished for the gourmet cook. The dining room has a table that seats six as well as a breakfast bar that seats two. Also included is a mini wet bar. The utility room has a full size washer & dryer for your convenience. This unit comes with a fully furnished 227 Sq. Ft. balcony as well as a separate kitchen balcony that offers a breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit comes with 2 parking passes. One is an assigned parking spot in the covered parking garage which brings a convenience, as well as another parking spot for the Common Area. Access to 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool. The condo was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pools were beautiful (but cold). The path along the beach was great for walks/runs. Great proximity to Biloxi and Gulfport. We even ventured to New Orleans for a day for an airboat tour (highly recommend) and a visit to the French Quarter. Kenny was great to work with. He was prompt to respond and gave us some great recommendations. Check in and check out was very easy. Amazing views from the balconies, very clean and well maintained property, and the host was always readily available. Security guards were pretty strict about wearing wristbands throughout the stay. It was the perfect location and size for our group. The balcony view was beautiful. The bunk beds were a hit with my boys! Kenny was an amazing host! Excellent communication and extremely helpful!
