Have a movie night on the 65” flat screen TV and BBQ on the private deck. You’ll love the bright and airy space kept sparkling clean. The house is in a prime location, in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive to great food and local attractions (see more detail in the "Neighborhood description" section). The entire home has tons of natural light, new furniture, high-quality appliances, and smart TVs in each room (the biggest we can get for the space–65’’ in the living room!). The kitchen is fully stocked and there’s also a charcoal grill out on the deck for delicious meals. Downstairs you’ll have a bedroom with a full bathroom and two suites on the top floor. Going to the beach? We have beach towels, chairs, and a wagon to take it all out. FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom, Bathroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Deck, Porch, Pantry SECOND FLOOR: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Game Room, Balcony BEDROOMS: Sleep is so important to us so we bought the highest-rated beds and pillows along with organic high-thread cotton sheets, blackout curtains, and ceiling fans to keep you cool. We’ve even included an extra blanket and fan for each room so that you’re extra comfortable! Plus there are smart TVs in each room. Bedroom 1 - suite with a king bed, bathroom, ensuite bathroom, and a workspace, 2nd floor Bedroom 2 - suite with an updated ensuite bathroom, 4 twin beds (twin bunk, trundle, and day bed), and full of games, 2nd floor Bedroom 3 - queen bed and access to the backyard deck, 1st floor BATHROOMS: We have 3 full bathrooms, two upstairs in each room and one downstairs. We even included a baby bathtub in case you have a little one. GAME ROOM: Tons of fun for the kids (and adults too, but things are sized for kids) — arcade, basketball, mini golf, foosball, ping pong, pool, video games, and so much more!! KITCHEN: Brand new high-end appliances with a fully stocked kitchen, and essential cookware. Or, visit the many restaurants nearby for fresh seafood! DECK: A private deck with an outdoor space: dining table, outdoor seating, a hammock, and a barbecue for your grilling needs. LIVING ROOM: Filled with a large sectional sofa and a huge smart 65’ smart (Roku) TV for you to relax in. There are games and books for fun and so much more!! For the families out there, we have childproofed the home as much as we could, and there's a pack-and-play, high chair, and bathtub too. We've hosted multiple families in our home. For pet owners, we have a spot for their food and extra poop bags. PANTRY: As a bonus, we provide a starter kit that includes essentials such as plush cotton towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, essential toiletries (shampoo & body wash, conditioner), hand soap, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towels, and laundry detergent. FRONT PORCH: People watch while sitting on the front porch with your morning coffee :) BALCONY: Enjoy the beautiful views of the lake during sunset while sipping your favorite cocktail. PARKING Free Parking! Please use the marked designated spots or park across the street in the spaces marked "GUEST." Additional GUEST spaces are available in front of the pool and throughout the complex. Avoid parking in areas marked with cones, as illegal parking may result in towing. Trailers are not permitted in the complex. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: The HOA manages the shared outdoor swimming pool, usually opened between March and October/November. We do not control the timing of the pool maintenance schedule. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please observe the posted pool rules. No refund is given if the pool is not functioning due to weather or maintenance. \--- All homes along the coast are next to active train tracks. The noisy freight trains do not have a schedule so they may run during your stay. When they pass they'll honk to warn you. \--- Please note that Wi-Fi is not a guaranteed amenity as weather affects its performance. No refunds will be issued if Wi-Fi is not available. \--- We are in a coastal area and surrounded by water, trees, and wildlife. Very very clean and we stay a lot of places with kids who are in activities. Now look the train is literally in the backyard that passes but it’s 2x a night and for such a great location to the Coliseum and affordable I will take the train that passed twice in the night! My kids didn’t even hear it! Amazing response time and friendliness from Anna . We will definitely be staying again ! ##### Heather C. Our kids had a great time with all the games and activities the host has provided. Has a nice little side yard, close to the pool, and just a short walk to the beach. We normally stay on the military base but this year there was no available so I decided to venture out and rent a home. I found Anna’s home and we just loved the pictures and the layout of the home and it being in a gated community added to the appeal. We just recently got a new puppy and would be traveling with her and Anna was more than help to allow us to bring her with us. Anna has thought of everything to make your experience a pleasant one. She checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The home was very well decorated and clean and comfy. We will most definitely book with her again. ##### Tonya F.
