Just 3 blocks to the beach, port, casino, and restaurants. Walk to Sully’s, the aquarium, and more. Guests say the home may be haunted—our ghosts are friendly! Perfect for families, groups, or crews needing space to spread out, comfort, and walkable convenience. Step into Gulfport history! This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath home—believed to have belonged to Captain Jones, co-founder of the city—offers timeless charm with modern comfort. Just 3 blocks from the beach and walking distance to the casino, port, and downtown restaurants, it's perfect for groups and families. The Space • 5 bedrooms • 3 bathrooms • 6 beds: 4 kings + 1 twin-over-twin bunk, Pack and play available for babies • Full kitchen + laundry • New central HVAC • Ample parking • Large fenced outdoor space Important Notes • Some say the home is haunted – the ghosts are restless but friendly • Downstairs yellow bathroom has a low ceiling shower – best for kids or shorter guests • Exterior security cameras on front, rear, and side of the house (for guest and property safety) • Base rate includes up to 8 guests • Additional guests are an extra charge (max 12 guests) • One price adjustment allowed before arrival (50% refund of extra guest fee if guest count is reduced at least 7 days in advance) • Primary renter must be at least 25 years old Items of note: it has been said by some that this house is haunted! Our ghosts are a bit restless, but otherwise harmless... The downstairs yellow bathroom shower is low ceilings - better suited for children and shorter guests. • First dog fee is included if marked in booking • $50 for each additional dog (up to 3 total) • All dogs must be on flea prevention • Guests must pick up and dispose of pet waste — or cleaning fees may apply • Restricted breeds (due to insurance): Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Great Dane, Chow, and Alaskan Malamute Base rate is valid for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are an additional charge. Max occupancy of 12. If you find you have less guests than your original booking, 1 price adjustment may be made prior to your arrival. Refund is 50% of additional guest fee up to 1 week prior to arrival. 25 minimum age for primary renter. Our prices include all fees.
