There are stunning beach views from the front and back yard. You can sit on the front porch or relax in the back yard and see the beach from both areas. The home is about the length of a football field from the water so its an easy walk or bicycle ride. The bedrooms have queen beds and there is also a queen size sofa sleeper pull out in the living room. Flat screen TVs are in both living areas along with cable and Wi-Fi. Stainless steel appliances, and Granite are in the Kitchen. We also have a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience along with two bicycles, a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, toys and plenty of beach towels if you want to relax in the sun on the beach. There is a propane grill in the backyard, a fire pit, and plenty of seating to enjoy. We have included dish detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, towels, wash clothes, extra sheets, blankets, pillows, pots, pans, and all utensils to make you feel right at home. This home is fully stocked and furnished. The home was completely remodeled in 2017 and upgraded throughout. It features two bedrooms and two full baths with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. This home is less than 2 miles from downtown Gulfport or just 15 minutes to the casino and restaurants in Biloxi. It is also only about 5 minutes from Long Beach and about 15 minutes to Bay St. Louis. Downtown Gulfport features great restaurants, nightlife, and other activities such as Jones Park and the new Aquarium (April 2020)! No matter if your traveling with friends or family, It is in a great location! You will have access to the entire property including the front and back yard. If you're arriving early and the house is available we will be glad to give you an early check in or make arrangements that fits for you. After booking, the night before check-in we will send you the door code which will allow for an easy self check-in! Please no smoking in our home. We have worked hard to get this home and would like to keep it as nice as it currently is. You will be satisfied! There is plenty of seating in the front or back yard for smoking. There are two security cameras on the entry ways to the home. They are for security purposes only and only record the doorway and the driveway. If the dates you're looking for are already reserved, we do have other homes in Pass Christian and in Bay St. Louis. They are linked to our profile so please look at them also. The location was ideal for all events, close proximity to the beach, and even with the construction going on next door, it was very quiet and cozy. Location was fantastic and place was so clean!! My parents enjoyed themselves so much!!! The hosts are so on top of things!!! The beach was truly in walking distance and we enjoy tremendously!!! We each had our own bed and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and the baths and laundry room were stocked. We were very close to the beach for morning walks and also within short driving distance to both Biloxi and Bay St. Louis where we spent time. The owners communicated all the info we needed in a timely manner. Very pleased with our stay. ##### Joy H. The house itself was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you could think of. There was not only multiple seating options inside, but you could sit out front or out back under the massive oak tree! You can look out to the Gulf and watch the sun rise and/or set.
