It includes a 40"-inch flat screen TV and a walk-in closet with a dresser. \* Upstairs Bunk room has a twin over full-size bunk bed and a full-size bed. The room has a closet and a tall dresser. \* Downstairs Bedroom has a Queen size bed with quality & comfortable mattress. It includes a 32" flat screen TV, dresser, and a closet. This room leads to a covered patio and with a fenced yard and a BBQ grill. \* There are two bathrooms upstairs and they are attached to the bedrooms. We provide bath, hand, and face towels. \* There is one bathroom downstairs next to the bedroom. \* Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom downstairs. \* The Living Room has a large comfortable sectional with a 50” flat-screen TV. \* The Dining area seats up to 6 people. \* The Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, a toaster, a blender, a can opener, etc. \* We provide a starter kit that includes essentials such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed. OUTSIDE AREA \* The beach is a short, nice stroll from the townhouse. \* We have two dedicated parking spots for this townhome. \*\*\*Note: Our HOA does NOT ALLOW Trailer Parking" \-Please note that the train runs parallel to beach and our home is close to railroad tracks. In Gulfport and surrounding towns, you will hear the train noise when renting by the beach. GUEST ACCESS Guest can access any part of the home except for the locked owner's closet and there is no access to the balcony next to the master bedroom. When booking with us, you are acknowledging that you have read & agreed to the house rules and disclaimers: \-QUIET TIME: 10 pm-7am. \-CHECK-IN/OUT: 3 PM Check-in & 10 am Check-out. Guests staying past checkout are subject to fines of $50 per hour. These are fees charged by our cleaning company to owners \-NO SMOKING. If smoking is detected in the unit, a $500 fee will be charged \-NO loud noises/parties/events/gatherings permitted. The community ran by an HOA, which prohibits parties. You are subject to be asked to leave immediately if another homeowner complains that you are breaking these listed rules. \-NO illegal drugs. Marijuana is not allowed in or around the unit. Smoking marijuana in outdoor spaces is not allowed. \-NO PETS without owners' consent. We accept up to 2 pets under 40lbs. They must have minimal to no shedding. There is $50 pet fee per pet. The home was well appreciated and user friendly. The location to the water was amazing for the price. Great value! We had 5 adults snd 1 child and we had plenty of room. Really liked that each bedroom had a bathroom. 3/3 The train is very close in the back of the house and is loud, startles you when you hear it at first but you get used to it. While searching for lodging options I looked into. Vrbo and found this property. I must admit, I’m very suspicious of hotels and other lodging options, and I must admit I looked at this location @ 5 times before booking, but I like the convenience of having my family in one place and enjoying our time and experience. The unit was just as advertised. Clean, family friendly, appropriate sleeping accommodations and equipped with all the immediate household appliances, cookware, dishes, and needed home comforts. The host was very accommodating and provided immediate responses as requested. We had a ball…and booking this stay was a very good choice. ##### Anna A. We did see a total of 4 cockroaches 2 in the kitchen, 1 in the downstairs bedroom, and 1 in the downstairs bathroom. They were coming out from the sides of the outlets. There was plenty of room for myself and my family. The washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom was very convenient. There is a train that does drive by every so often. I did notice that some train conductors lay on the horn a lot. And some only do it at the necessary locations. The train itself isn’t that loud the whistle is. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedroom downstairs is directly across from the bathroom. This bathroom has the washer and dryer. There is a nice size kitchen with a full fridge, stove, and cooktop. There is a coffee pot and all the essentials to cook during your stay. There is a small table downstairs and chairs downstairs along with a good size couch. Upstairs is a large king room with a futon and the bathroom is in this room. The room with the bunk beds there is a bathroom in this bedroom as well. The showers are very easy to walk into.The price is right for this wonderful home. The beach is 1 block away and it is beautiful. There are several places to eat close by if you choose. I was not happy with the queen size mattress turned sideways on a king size frame, the train the wakes me up every night when it passes by and the ac unit in the fenced in backyard. When the sc cuts on, you can not hear to have a conversation with others. The dishes are mismatched and there are not enough forks, spoon or decent sized coffee cups. ##### Christina F.
