Offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably, our priority is to provide exceptional accommodations. Conveniently situated between Biloxi and Gulfport, our location grants easy access to shopping, dining, casinos, and various nearby attractions, ensuring a memorable stay for all. PRIVATE AND SECURE  
We are located in a secured gated community that has both short- and long-term residents. The community is professionally monitored by security cameras throughout . For additional protection, a camera is also located outside the front door of the house. The Community has a noise curfew that prohibits loud noise between 10 pm - 7.

This townhouse offers a pristine and spacious environment, featuring cozy seating and inviting bedding arrangements. With TVs situated in the living area and two of the bedrooms, entertainment is readily available. Additionally, we provide complimentary wireless internet access and a host of other amenities to ensure you feel completely at ease during your stay.

HOME DETAILS  
\*Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a quality & comfortable mattress. It includes a 40"-inch flat screen TV and a walk-in closet with a dresser.  
\* Upstairs Bunk room has a twin over full-size bunk bed and a full-size bed. The room has a closet and a tall dresser.  
\* Downstairs Bedroom has a Queen size bed with quality & comfortable mattress. It includes a 32" flat screen TV, dresser, and a closet. This room leads to a covered patio and with a fenced yard and a BBQ grill.  
\* There are two bathrooms upstairs and they are attached to the bedrooms. We provide bath, hand, and face towels.  
\* There is one bathroom downstairs next to the bedroom.  
\* Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom downstairs.  
\* The Living Room has a large comfortable sectional with a 50” flat-screen TV.  
\* The Dining area seats up to 6 people.  
\* The Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, a toaster, a blender, a can opener, etc.  
\* We provide a starter kit that includes essentials such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed.  
  
OUTSIDE AREA  
\* The beach is a short, nice stroll from the townhouse.  
\* We have two dedicated parking spots for this townhome. \*\*\*Note: Our HOA does NOT ALLOW Trailer Parking"  
\-Please note that the train runs parallel to beach and our home is close to railroad tracks. In Gulfport and surrounding towns, you will hear the train noise when renting by the beach.  
  
GUEST ACCESS  
Guest can access any part of the home except for the locked owner's closet and there is no access to the balcony next to the master bedroom.  
  
When booking with us, you are acknowledging that you have read & agreed to the house rules and disclaimers:  
  
\-QUIET TIME: 10 pm-7am.  
\-CHECK-IN/OUT: 3 PM Check-in & 10 am Check-out. Guests staying past checkout are subject to fines of $50 per hour. These are fees charged by our cleaning company to owners  
\-NO SMOKING. If smoking is detected in the unit, a $500 fee will be charged  
\-NO loud noises/parties/events/gatherings permitted. The community ran by an HOA, which prohibits parties. You are subject to be asked to leave immediately if another homeowner complains that you are breaking these listed rules.  
\-NO illegal drugs. Marijuana is not allowed in or around the unit. Smoking marijuana in outdoor spaces is not allowed.  
\-NO PETS without owners' consent. We accept up to 2 pets under 40lbs. They must have minimal to no shedding. There is $50 pet fee per pet. Note unauthorized pets will result in a minimum of $500 fine.  
\-NO unauthorized guests allowed  
\- POOL. The shared swimming pool is managed by the community HOA and is usually open between March and October. Owners/Hosts do not control the timing of the pool maintenance schedule. No refunds will be given if the pool is inoperative due to weather or maintenance. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please observe posted pool rules.  
\-INTERNET: While we provide Wi-fi, it's not 100% guaranteed as the weather plays a factor in this area. No refunds will be issued if Wi-fi is not available.  
  
Any violation of the terms/rules may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all deposits/rents paid.

Great place near the beach for a fun family vacation. Place was well stocked, from the kitchen to the beach supplies to the bathrooms. Just a few minor cleanliness issues when we arrived but nothing major. If you’re visiting Gulfport, this is a wonderful location to make your home

The place was exactly as advertised. We had a few problems like noisy neighbors and a/c unit went out, but the property manager was on it. very quick to respond and handle the situations. Really appreciated that. It is right by the train tracks and read many reviews about how bad the noise was, but to be honest we rarely ever noticed it. The community pool was not that pleasant. It wasn't that clean and was always hot. I guess it being so hot outside and all the people that were in it were the cause of that. The beach was a pretty good walk, but there is parking literally right beside the beach. We found that driving down was much easier. Ship island is a must. Highly recommend this spot.

House was just the right size for my family and was well equipped with essentials like toilet paper, etc… it was close to the beach and restaurants. I was disappointed with the tiny back patio. It was very small and not very clean. For the price, it was good.

#### Weekend Getaway

The unit was very accommodating and clean for one party of 8. Kitchen was well-stocked and the neighborhood was very nice. We didn’t take advantage of the pool, but that’s a great amenity to have access to. My only complaint is that the bed downstairs was VERY firm! My parents had a hard time sleeping on it. Overall great property and friendly host!

The place was immaculate, such a cute condominium, so clean. But, neighbor with the beer kinda put us on guard and the train at 3am was not ideal either. But everything else was a 5 out of 5 stars. Close to everything, the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed.

So inviting! This was a great relaxing space for us in between all the wedding hustle and bustle. Loved proximity to Biloxi. We are planning to return in 2026.Would highly recommend! 16 hour drive and worth it!

The place looked very clean. We did see a total of 4 cockroaches 2 in the kitchen, 1 in the downstairs bedroom, and 1 in the downstairs bathroom. They were coming out from the sides of the outlets. There was plenty of room for myself and my family. The washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom was very convenient. There is a train that does drive by every so often. I did notice that some train conductors lay on the horn a lot. And some only do it at the necessary locations. The train itself isn’t that loud the whistle is. All and all it was a comfortable place to stay.

The townhouse was spacious and clean. Very convenient to attractions and restaurants. We had 5 adults snd 1 child and we had plenty of room. Really liked that each bedroom had a bathroom. 3/3 The train is very close in the back of the house and is loud, startles you when you hear it at first but you get used to it. We enjoyed our stay here very much! Will stay again. Owners are very nice and get right back in touch with you when messaged.
