"We arrived on a Monday so we didn't need room cleaned on Tuesday morning. But we returned from the beach and got a lot of sand on the floor so I went to the desk and asked for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping was gone for the day so I asked the man at the desk if we could get room cleaned in the a. m. and he said yes. Went fishing on Wednesday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know so housekeeping mgr came to see if we wanted room cleaned. Yes please! While we were at dinner she brought towels but room never did get cleaned. That's never happened to us before."

"Our room was very clean, maid came once while we were there to refresh our towels and make the bed, they removed our trash which i was relieved of. Breakfast was good lots of options I would like to have seen more fresh fruit options. Coffee was good plenty of fruit juice too!! If you require some protein in your morning breakfast you may want to consider adding some powder to oatmeal or coffee. It’s enough to get you started on your morning journey. We have stayed at this same hotel over the years and we always like it here."

"Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. "
