Since obtaining the condo, we have put in new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new stainless appliances, new marble shower and vanity, new furniture. We have replaced nasty carpet with tile, our new queen size sofa bed is complete with a comfy memory foam mattress. In addition, we painted throughout and replaced bedding, towels, linens, décor and more. We also just replaced the AC unit (Mar. '24). The position of our condo offers more balcony privacy than most other 1 bedrooms in the building. Our condo is comfortable for 4 people. We are located in Central Orange Beach which is the best part of Orange Beach. Restaurants, shopping and Zeke's Landing Marina are all within walking distance. Diagonally behind us is Zeke's Landing where you can set up fishing trips, parasailing, paddleboard rental, dolphin cruises and more. Phoenix 7 is known for the many amenities such as tennis, pickleball, racquetball, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness room, sauna, grilling areas. You will be impressed with how well-maintained Phoenix 7 is compared to other complexes. Another big plus about Phoenix 7 is we have a low-density beach on our end of shoreline. This means more beach space during those most popular times of the year. This end of the beach widens since it is close to Perdido Pass. Watching the boats go in and out of the pass is another pleasure enjoyed by all ages. The dolphin cruise boats are often in front of our beach because even the dolphins love it!
