Started off they listed a property they hadn’t managed in 1.5 years that I reserved just to get refunded money a month later with no explanation to why. Will not respond to messages via Vrbo. Unit was not ready on time, blood drops leading up the steps all the way to a smudge of blood on master bath door, stained comforter, stained living room furniture, trash in dresser drawers, bunk beds not made (“for sanitary reasons”), 1 toilet paper roll per bath for the 7 day stay, little cheap bars of soap, 1 trash bag for entire stay, no dish soap, (they only supply a “starter kit”) no beach stuff, AC drain dumps out onto the front steps, all around not clean, sand all over the floor. Location was great. Close to beach. Pool was nice. King and queen beds were comfortable, kids bed were ok. Paid $4k for this was in my opinion way over priced. Had no choice really since rest of our family booked a house next to our original reservation. ##### David S. The air conditioning drips on the front porch making it uncomfortable to climb the stairs, you have to dodge the dirty water and be careful not to slip, I called maintenance to report with them stating the owners were aware, I truly felt this was a fall hazard. Also, the master bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable and could stand to be replaced. The community is so nice, quiet and we felt completely safe with our kids walking around. ##### David J.
