CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. It was very clean and comfortable and the wide entrance made it easy for us to bring our beach cart in and out. Also, the hooks on the wall were very convenient to keep our beach stuff organized. The views from the balcony are amazing & we love the master shower! We also love the location as it is very convenient getting to the beach & around town. Our only complaint is the bathroom cabinet nobs have a sharp metal trim that we have snagged clothing & cut ourselves on numerous times. It had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The master shower was soooo nice! I wish I had that at home! We loved the large balcony and spent a lot of time out there. The fireplace was relaxing in the evening. Great location and great hot tub on the premises. Loved how beachball provided some toiletries and some nice touches. They were also very responsive when I called with some questions after hours. Zero complaints. There are plenty of kitchen items for meal preparation. The communication was very good from Beachball Properties prior to and during the vacation.
