Discover your perfect coastal escape, just a short stroll from both the stunning Gulf and the peaceful lagoon. This charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom half of a duplex is designed for relaxation, offering plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the laid-back beach lifestyle.
Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting living room with a cozy dining area, perfect for gathering with family and friends. The equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, whether you're cooking up fresh seafood or a hearty breakfast before a day of adventure. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the fresh breeze where you’ll find a comfortable sitting area.
Beneath the house, there's deck patio with BBQ area. Additionally, there is outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. If you're bringing jet skis, you can park them under the unit and easily launch them just around the corner.
Whether you're here to relax by the shore or explore the water, this charming home has everything you need for a peaceful and fun-filled stay.

• Pets Allowed: Up to 2 dogs, each weighing a maximum of 50 lbs, with a $75 + taxes pet fee.
• This property is a duplex and has some shared amenities
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
