Pet friendly cottage/beach on Fort Morgan Peninsula. Located on a quiet street on a private wooded lot just a block off the beach!! Easy walk to the beach with neighborhood beach access! Beach is pet friendly (dogs must be kept on a leash). This comfortable cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for accommodating extra guests. The kitchen has granite countertops, all major appliances, and is stocked with basic utensils/kitchenware needed to prepare a meal. There is an office nook with a desk. Spacious, wrap-around, outdoor deck for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a convenient, outside shower for use after the beach. Enjoy the beach and coastal area with a more relaxed pace at this property on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. Yet, still so much close by! Fort Morgan State Historic Site approximately 7 miles away. Fort Morgan Public Boat Launch is 4 miles away. Several local restaurants and golf course within 3 miles. It was very last minute and we were traveling with pets, so I was afraid we wouldn’t find anything. I reached out to the owners and they approved a shorter stay than is usually required. We were pleasantly surprised with the location. Just a short walk to the pet-friendly beach. The house was nicely decorated and clean. We had a great weekend! ##### Valerie M. This property was just want we needed. It’s very close to a beautiful beach, and has a great neighborhood to walk in. The deck is spacious, where you can watch the sunrise and sunset as well. It was a perfect size, especially when we had friends over to visit. We would definitely recommend to friends and family alike. We’re both so excited to be back next winter. There were a few cleaning rags left behind but no problem. Bedrooms are quite small but sufficient. Walk to beach was short. Only suggestion to improve is some lighting on the steps. Whole place was very clean; nice furnished and close to the beach.We only have one complaint. Washer and Dryer were listed as objekts of use; unfortunalty both were not functional which we discovered only when we used them.Which meant that we had to go to Laundrette after hours. This older property is plenty sufficient for our needs, even though the bedrooms are quite small, but it definitely needs some freshening-up. Pieces of broken glass and wood shards in the gravel drive by the front patio had to be avoided and/or picked up. Easy access to the beach. We tried to keep sand intake to a minimum, and used two of the vacuums that were provided. They were basically useless. ##### Phillip P.
