Island Winds East Units: Onsite parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit, regardless of size during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival event. Additional parking available offsite. Subject to change. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. \*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. This place is probably where we are going to try and stay each year. Walking distance to everything we needed. The room was clean and check-in was easy. One thing I did not know was we had to go to the office for a parking pass. Registering online wasnt enough. Sand volleyball courts, city park. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. The condo has a well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer are great to have. Balcony is an awesome place to hang out. Loved Gulf Shores, AL for our short getaway. Great food, great shopping, and plenty to do. Condo was great and as advertised. Building maintenance could step up a little. Bathroom a little small in one bedroom condo and a ceiling fan in bedroom would be nice. Within walking distance of Hangout.
