The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked with pots, pan, cooking utensils, plates, bowls and eating utensils. Our management POC, Cheri, welcomed us to the house when we arrived and responded quickly to questions. The beach is a short walk from the house and we enjoyed the warm gulf waters and great weather. The kitchen has literally anything you could want or think of which was so nice! The beach is just a short walk down the private walkway, and the big pool is within walking distance as well! The neighborhood was very nice and felt extremely safe! I do think the house could use a deep cleaning but overall was pretty clean. My kids very much enjoyed the kids room with games and puzzles!
