Private parking. Unit 703, 3BR, 3BA, Sleeps 12 A spacious, luxury gathering place, starts your Beach experience. From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted with a beautiful, professionally decorated living area to enjoy. 9 Foot ceilings and crown molding, along with tile floors throughout, this 1600 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, makes for a wonderful stay. Located on the 7th floor, for all around beach, dolphin, and activity viewing on your private balcony, this is definitely the “sweet spot”. Beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green waters, make this the perfect relaxing getaway. The Enclave has upgraded the outdoor pool to a wonderful zero entry pool that is double the old pool’s size with a zero entry, kid fountains, tanning ledges, etc.!!! \*\*We recently added a highchair and Pack n Play for young children and a Reme Halo UV ionizer system in HVAC system. Eliminates all airborne allergens, viruses, mold & bacteria!! The Enclave is centrally located in Orange Beach, with many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc., all within easy walking distance right across the street. There is a stoplight and pedestrian walk for easy, safe travel. Relax at the outdoor pool & sundeck or slip into the indoor heated pool for a soothing swim. BBQ grills and lighted Tennis/Pickleball courts are also available exclusively for guests. The Enclave is a low density, 69 room complex, which makes for an un-crowded and relaxing stay. Free wireless internet for the whole property is provided. Gated private beach access with a very short boardwalk and year round security, make for a fun and safe trip. Also included is a private beach closet by the entrance to the unit. There are many items available for you to use such as beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, Kites, shelling nets, etc. While I can't guarantee what items will be in there, I do stock the closet at the start of the year and many guests leave items as well. Since things wear out and break, the inventory is always changing. There are many stores across the street to purchase beach items if you need something that is not there. \*\*Just Added\*\* A private, gated & covered, owners parking spot is provided for you. Very few units have this bonus. For reservations during 2026, when you book this unit, you will automatically receive a guaranteed parking spot on the general lot for your stay. There will also be additional parking spot(s) available on a first come first serve basis. When you arrive at The Enclave, simply scan the QR code on the parking sign to see if an additional spot is available. Along with the owner's private spot and the first automatic general lot spot, you are guaranteed at least two parking spots for your stay. If you are able to get a second spot on the lot, a total of three cars will be allowed for you. If you book your stay for 2026 before Feb 2, 2026, the first general lot parking spot will be at no charge. The second spot, if available, will incur a charge of $50 for the length of your stay. Bookings made after Feb 2, 2026, will incur a $50 charge for each parking spot reserved on the general lot for the length of your stay. Also, additional overflow parking is conveniently located across the street. Rates This is an excellent, well maintained unit, as pictured, to enable you to have a wonderful stay. My cleaning company does a great job to ensure your health and well being. The rates are competitive compared to similar units. Monthly rates are available on request, and winter snowbirds are welcome. Master En-suite The Master bedroom suite features a King size bed with a flat screen TV & DVD player. Also, a comfy recliner sits next to the bed for relaxing. A Glass sliding door takes you right out to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is wonderful with a large 2 sink vanity, a Garden style Jacuzzi tub, a walk in glass shower, and plenty of closet space and chest of drawers for your convenience. A separate room houses the toilet for privacy. There is a pack n play in the closet including mattress & extra sheets that can be setup for small children. Guest En-suite 1 The guest suite offers a new Queen size bed with a Jamison mattress (used in Hilton Hotels) and a full size bed along with a flat screen TV & DVD player. The en-suite bathroom boasts a very large vanity, nice closet & drawers, and a separate room for tub/shower and toilet. Guest En-suite 2 The 3rd bedroom boasts a queen size bed, bunk beds, and a flat screen TV and DVD player. A chest of drawers and closet compliment the room. The 3rd bathroom is a large full bathroom with nice vanity, glass door shower, and toilet. This bathroom is also accessed from the hall for convenience. The Kitchen A wonderful fully stocked kitchen awaits you with granite counter tops and Stainless appliances, including a spacious French door refrigerator, microwave, oven & stove and dishwasher. Also included are necessities like toaster oven, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, skillets, plenty of silverware, glasses, utensils, plates, etc., to prepare a great local seafood meal or snack. Dining Area The dining area includes a large table with seating for 6, along with 4 swivel, padded bar stools at a granite top counter. A granite wet bar makes this a popular area and the 30lb stainless ice maker keeps the coolers full and the drinks cold! Living Area The open living area features a queen size sofa sleeper, very comfortable new swivel recliner, 2 new padded swivel chairs, and a nice kid friendly coffee table to play on. There is a 55” 4k Roku flat screen TV with Direct TV Streaming service included and Blu-Ray DVD player. Use your streaming log-in to watch your favorite shows, or stream free content. Through the expansive glass doors, you step out on your private balcony for breathtaking ocean views. Nicely appointed furniture makes this a popular spot to watch the dolphins play, listen to the waves, or just enjoy relaxing in the mild climate. Enjoy your favorite beverage or snack here. Extra Amenities \* We provide initial quantities of items like bath tissue, paper towels, hand soap, trash bag, dishwasher detergent, washing detergent, etc. \* We have plush towels & micro fiber linens \* There is also a large washer and dryer in the unit and vacuum. \* Wifi for internet service and cable service to all TV’s provided. \* Keyless entry system on the front door makes it easy. \* New blackout drapery blocks the early morning sun for late sleepers. The property was very conveniently located to Zeke's Marina. It was very clean, everything worked, and slept 8 adults comfortably. This had to have been the nicest one ever. Everything you need is there. The guys loved the ice machine for taking their coolers to the beach. I personally loved for margaritas! Clean, well supplied, comfortable, etc. Location was perfect. Ice maker was a wonderful add. If this condo meets your bedding requirements, don’t look any further. The condo is very spacious and had plenty of room for our family. We had 6 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant. We were so pleased with all aspects of the condo. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The kitchen had all necessities for all of our cooking needs. We cooked 2 meals a day when we were there. The pantry is huge and great for storing things!! Very pleased with the communication and we were even able to check in early due to the condo being open. Kitchen was decently stocked everything was easily accessible, plenty of grocery stores across the street. Pools were clean, all the staff was friendly. Our only issue we had during our stay had nothing to do with the condo itself. It’s the PARKING. It is not great. You’re not guaranteed a parking spot even with a parking pass. There are barely enough spaces for how many rooms are there, if that. One night we almost didn’t have a place to park and was going to have to either park across the busy highway or pay to park down the street. Obviously we dealt with it and still enjoyed our stay, but they can and should do better when it comes to parking for the guests. In my opinion It’s extremely inconvenient and kind of tacky to not have proper parking for your paying customers. This is coming from a mom of 3 small children who really did not want to have to have this issue. But if you can get around the parking issue it’s a great place to stay.
