Located directly on Perdido Pass in Orange Beach, this beautifully designed condo provides sweeping waterfront views and all the comforts needed for a relaxing beach-and-bay getaway. Inside, an open-concept living area is filled with natural light from large windows that frame panoramic views of the sparkling bay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals when you're not dining at local restaurants, while the convenient wet bar adds a touch of luxury. Step onto the spacious balcony to enjoy morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply take in the peaceful coastal scenery. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The ensuite primary bedroom features private balcony access so you can wake up to stunning bay views each day. Lots of rules, we got there went up to get our parking passes and filled them out and by the time we got back to put them in the car the security person gave us parking violations and told us our cars were fixing to get towed. They didn't even give us enough time to get them and put them back in our cars, also had 2 unexpected visits while we were there one from a plumber for a yearly inspection (during peak season?) and then one from some TV and internet company which was inconvenient. ##### Megan S. The building is fairly small, so there aren’t a ton of condos/people. The property is very well groomed, and the rental itself was huge and very clean.
