The complex features a spacious swimming pool with ample lounge and patio seating, as well as an elevator and luggage/valet carts for easy loading and unloading. Sea 'n Suds, a well-known oyster bar and seafood restaurant, is just a block away, and you'll also find numerous other restaurants, shopping malls, and recreational activities within walking distance. This updated two-bedroom, two-bath condo provides a full kitchen, washer/dryer, convertible bed for additional guests, and free Wi-Fi. The master bedroom is equipped with a brand new king-size bed, a private bath, and a new flat-screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom, located off the living room, can now accommodate three guests with a new bunk bed unit featuring a double lower bunk and a twin upper bunk. This setup is ideal for families with three children. The living room features new furniture and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, providing a comfortable space to relax with a movie, a book, or a nap. The beachfront balcony includes a patio table and chairs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the Gulf view. The property is about 100 yards to the water and the view of the beach is phenomenal. Its a little difficult to get into the parking lot as there is only one entrance and sort of hidden especially at night. The complex is small compared to the other buildings around making it cozy and makes the beach area less crowded. The unit does need to be updated, large lump on the right side of the couch, old pvc patio furniture. Very few amenities. Only two rolls of toilet paper are provided., 2 pods for the dishwasher and no laundry detergent. The dryer does vent to the inside and makes the bedroom very warm. Additional rugs or mats ae needed inside at the doors. The balcony is very sandy. Also they still provide keys, a coded lock especially in a beach community is a must in 2025\. One last item, with five people staying in the unit, the top bunk was not made and there was still sand on the mattress. Some small upgrades and attention to detail can really make this an absolutely perfect getaway unit. My family and I have stayed at numerous properties and its the attention to detail that is always the difference between and average property and an extraordinary one. Kitchen appliances and living room furniture were very good. A rain/wind storm during our stay took out the TV, but management was very responsive, and thanks to Billy was fixed in no time. Balcony furniture and weather stripping under the back door (which allowed slight amount of rain to be blown in), as well as the master mattress, all need to be replaced. Bedding was very old and worn down. The floors were also dirty, could feel sand and lots of hair in the bathrooms. Maintenance came early one morning to put something in water heater and caused the entire condo to fill with smoke, was never contacted or apologized for the inconvenience. Aug 14, 2021 Liked: Check-in, communication, location #### Clean,good location, not enjoyable a total rental Upon getting to property elevator broken - we were on top floor 6th floor, lug everything up later the next day the elevator was working. However pool was closed after the 2nd day and remained closed for maintenance the rest of our stay. The unit was clean but definitely a rental. Drywall repairs not complete in almost every room, not a matching piece furniture, unit in desperate need of a total makeover for the price we paid. Bring your own cook wear as every showed serious wear and tear. Stackable washer and dryer plumbed next to dresser in master bedroom but not vented outside. The bunk bed sheets on the lower bunk were clearly not changed, a jolly rancher was open and wrapper laying beside it under the comforter. The top bunk had no sheets. My daughter slept on top of the comforter and used a blanket out of the closet, she unfolded it and found some dried goo, not sure what it was, so clearly it had not been washed either. The kitchen counters were dusty and the dishwasher had powder of some kind all over the handle and front of it. Looked like seasoning of some kind. The bathrooms were very clean and the floors throughout the condo were also clean. The air conditioning worked great so that was a bonus. Overall, I would not use this property again. ##### Chris S. The washer and dryer combo in the condo was nice to have. It worked well for our family. The couch is a little dated and you kinda sink when you sit on it but the recliner they had was nice. Everyone liked the beds. Great views from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked. The only issue we ran into is the ceiling leaking when it rained. It's obvious that this has been an issue for sometime as there was several water stains on the ceiling and holes. Looks as if whoever is in charge of maintenance is just spraying popcorn ceiling back over the issues and not actually fixing it. We had a couple of slips and falls on the wet tile before we realized where the water was coming from. We ended up putting down towels and putting out bowls to catch all the water when it got really heavy rains. Had we not had to deal with that I would have given it more stars. ##### Jennifer H.
