Immerse yourself in the relaxing Gulf Shores, AL, scenery; this unique home is nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores, just across from the beach, The Hangout, and nearby many other attractions and restaurants. The Beach House has everything you imagined and more. Boasting coastal vibes this 3 bedroom beach house can sleep up to 8 people and provide memories that last a lifetime. Open the door and step into your home away from home. This multilevel, 3-bedroom/2-bathroom home has so much to offer and will take your breath away upon arrival! Just from the outside, you will notice the exquisite architecture and the 2 separate balcony areas! Entering the home, you will be greeted with an immensely spacious, open floor plan which is perfect for keeping the entire family or party connected. This large area is stunning with its beachy decor and color scheme. The kitchen is roomy and fully equipped to suit your cooking needs. Head out the door to the first balcony; this huge balcony stretches across the entire first level and offers super cozy seating areas and a TV! This space is perfect for relaxing while feeling that amazing beach breeze after a long day full of sand and sun! On the top floor, a second balcony connected to the Master bedroom is available for even more outdoor space to enjoy the stunning views of the area. The gorgeous master bedroom is located on the top floor and holds a king-sized bed and access to its own private balcony! It connects to a massive Jack-and-Jill bathroom with gorgeous tiling and fixtures. On the other side of this bathroom is another large, beautifully-decorated bedroom that features a queen-size bed. On the first floor, the final bedroom is located; this room is furnished with two twin-sized beds with trundles, holding 4 potential guests. Attached is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo to wash away the sun and sand from the day. Even on vacation the need for clean clothes prevails so there is a full size washer and dryer on the main level. The Beach House offers many amenities for you that we are sure you will appreciate: \- WiFi Access \- Washer and Dryer \- Covered Parking \- Smart TVs \- Spectacular Location (Minutes away from many attractions) \- Across from Beach (2-Minute Walk) Don't forget to bring: While Lucky Bird provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. Clean and home was exactly as prescribed. Initially, internet and tv was an issue but was quickly addressed. Cabinet needed a screw on hinge and maintenance arrived quickly and professionally. Was noted by maintenance that dishwasher made a banging noise and it would be replaced. Close to restaurants and the beach. Could hear the Hangout music and that made my teenagers very happy. I parked my vehicle and did not have to drive anywhere but the grocery store and to our dolphin cruise in Orange Beach. I plan to rent this house and the one next store in the future. ##### Tina M. You can walk where needed. Loved the multiple outside seating areas.My complaints would be the cleanliness and wifi access. The bottom kitchen cabinets smell moldy. The bathroom floors had hair and spots on them. The shower liners were very dirty. You would think that they are replaced after every stay. I was shocked of these issues seeing that each stay has a cleaning fee.The listing says will sleep 8 but the trundle beds couldn't both be accessed at the same time. Only 1 trundle could be used at a time so only 3 could sleep in that area. This lead to my teen niece having to sleep on the sofa. The wifi didn't work at all. I tried to make sure that I was entering the information provided in my email but was unsuccessful. The night before departure, we ended up using our cell hot spot. I contacted the management group via email and never received a response (not even to this day). Will I stay here again? Absolutely! We unfortunately did visit during the "once in a lifetime" snow event, and so encountered a few minor things that otherwise wouldn't have been an issue. The thermostat was on the second floor and as the bedrooms got heat, it would turn off and the lower level would be cold. Again, freak snow storm. We tried to get ahold of the property people via all the ways, but they said they had phone issues and didn't reply until 36-48 hours later. The last day we were leaving the pipes seemed to have froze and we could not run water to do anything, but again, freak snowstorm. Great Place to stay with easy check in and exactly like the description. Cleanliness upon arrival was average at best and a few cosmetic details that did not hinder the stay but would advise to address. For example three doors in the house were partially broken making some hard to close and some outlets not covering the holes in the wall. My only gripe is for a week stay with my family they only give you one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one garbage bag. Seems a little silly to not supply a few extras.
