Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. This unit desperately needs some repairs and updates, especially in the bathrooms and hallways that lead up to the unit. The electrical outlet for the master BR TV area looks like a fire hazard, TV/Cable for living room didn’t have enough outlets for the internet box and DVD player to be plugged in simultaneously. We couldn’t get the wi-fi network to show up on our device and just had to use our hotspot. The pool area for this complex desperately needs some shade added. It was so cute and cozy. A couple of things though; very minor issue as it only effected bedtime for my toddler, but the tv in the twin room didn’t work at all and neither did the wifi (the wifi name given never showed up on the list of connections) so that also made it impossible to use the Roku we brought from home or the iPad. Again, very minor. We were there for the beach, not tv and wifi. The most major issue we had was the day after we arrived and finally got on the beach to relax, I received a call from management that the owner was receiving multiple complaints saying we left our dog on the balcony and he was barking. I promise, and still do, that we never intended for that to happen. Unfortunately, the faulty balcony door blew open to which he then went on the balcony. By the time my husband got back up there from the beach, he was already back inside. While I’m SUPER glad someone called because that could’ve potentially been very dangerous for our dog, which I’m sure he was barking because he was in an unfamiliar place and scared, I just want to make it clear that we feel we were not at fault. Thankfully, a maintenance person was sent to fix the doorknob so that the door would latch, it never happened again. I apologize for the situation either way and we still had a great time! ##### Cara S. Beach cross the street and the bay out the door. The only issue we ran into was when we got there the cleaning crew was still cleaning and we made sure to arrive after the check in time. So it was a bit annoying having to wait to relax after a long drive however when i called the people was super nice about it and was surpised the crew was still there. Another issue was that the dryer didnt dry and I didnt realize this until we went to get ready to leave to head back home. Outside of those two issues the trip was enjoyable and would stay again. I did like that it was alittle ways away from the public beach access so it wasnt as crowded. ##### April F. Wi-Fi was not secure and spotty at best. Master bedroom window treatments were missing slats. All of the kitchen cabinets stuck at times. Tile cracked in entry way and some stains on carpet. Dryer took 3 complete rounds to dry a small load of clothes. Not being picky but unit needs updating. Bed and pillows very comfy. Probably would not stay in this unit again. ##### Viola H. Location was perfect. There was some construction going on. Looked like they were beginning to paint exteriors which is needed. The pool was nice. Only complaint was pool was not maintained grass and sand all in pool. Needs a pool company to service. Our unit was nice the hallways to the unit were dark and smelled terrible carpet needs replaced sour smelling. Our unit interior was tastefully decorated. The living room furniture was very worn and needs replaced. Unit could use some updated furniture. Wash clothes worn and stained need replaced. Overall it’s a Nice spacious unit very quiet. Property was ok. Property was fine Except the tubs in the master shower had No grip to keep you from falling. I fell & hit my head. We bought a shower grip mat & it was better. Honestly, for how expensive it was… NOT worth the $! The online description was embellished at best. First, be prepared to not have the beach view as it would appear online. Space wise, it was perfect for what we needed. However, owner/management took the cheap way out in terms of necessary supplies so be prepared there as far as toilet paper, paper towels, they didn’t even have dish soap. The ONE roll of toilet paper they provided was thinner than a sheet of paper. Painful actually. The biggest disappointment came from beach ball properties and the condos HOA. While “indisposed”, changing to get ready for a family activity, we were surprised to find 2 of the HOA’s maintenance men coming into “fix a leak”, that didn’t even exist in OUR unit. As I’m walking down the hallway (they didn’t know I was standing there)… I heard one of them who said his name was mike lee, call my husband an A-hole. Once I spoke up about it and called him out, he laughed and tried to deny it, then finally said “yea!! I called him an A-hole!!” (Of course my husband came across that way… we had younger children in there and 2 strange men cutting into the bathroom wall without any notice!!) he then laughed in my face again, towering over me and called me a “B word”. We had to leave. Upon return, they had left a massive hole above the toilet and roaches came through all over the floor! I wish I could post the pictures… I was mortified! I had contacted beachball properties as soon as we had to leave for the day. They claimed to have NO knowledge of a leak, no record of one reported, they contacted the owners and even they weren’t aware of it. Later on, we drove to the beachball office…. You would expect them to make it right, right? Instead, it was a slap in the face to leave us a $10 gift card to Tacky Jacks. That doesn’t even cover an appetizer. The pool was amazing though… so we had that going for us. Oh, and if you book here, make sure you get the top condo… we were on the bottom and heard every single step from people above us. The walls are also paper thin… I could hear every single thing from the back master bedroom that was happening all the way from the kitchen/living room. The condo itself is decorated very nicely… but as far as management, I would give them a negative rating if I could. I was very disappointed in how we were treated. For the insane amount we spent for 5 days… they should have made it right and had better customer service attitudes for renters. ##### Nicholas m. The large pools were nice, but the "kid poo" was a small hottub with the seat taken out, so it made it awkward to get in, it was also pretty small. Check in was very easy.
