The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. Sleeps 8\. 21 year age limit to rent. May 2022: The condo now has 2 king beds and 1 queen. Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool, and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. STAY AND PLAY This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply. \*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Things that could easily be fixed. Small hole in wall, blinds in master and in middle room were broken, broken toilet tank lid, paint peeling in shower and on ceiling. No stopper for bathtub in master and water pressure in there was not good. No counter space in that bathroom either. Location was great! Right on the beach and not far from the mall, water park, or dining. First day there I tried to make coffee in the Keurig but it didn’t work. Within 30 minutes after contacting host, management brought a brand new one to the room. We did get a violation for leaving something outside of our door when the rules did not say that was not allowed and also the agreement we signed didn’t specify that either so I feel like that should be included somewhere if you get a violation for it. It was so cute and quaint but still plenty of room. I love the fact that each room has its own bathroom. It makes everyone getting ready for dinner at the same time much easier.
