Welcome to Summer House West C202, Lilly’s Pad nestled along the tranquil lagoon with easy beach access to the gulf. This waterfront condo offers a harmonious blend of comfort and luxury, inviting you to experience the essence of coastal living.  
  
With three private balconies, each offering breathtaking views of the lagoon and surrounding landscape, you’ll find endless opportunities to relax and unwind in the gentle sea breeze. Whether sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a sunset cocktail, or simply basking in the serenity of the waterfront, these outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting for moments of tranquility.  
  
Venture outside to discover the community’s pristine pool area, where you can take a refreshing dip or soak up the sun on luxurious lounge chairs. For those who love to barbecue, grill access is readily available.

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.  
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.  
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.  
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.  
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.  
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.  
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.   
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.  
• No pets
