Back at your stay, spend sun-drenched afternoons hanging out by the heated saltwater pool. Paired with your beverage of choice and the company of your loved ones - memories made here are sure to be lifelong. When you need a break from the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside and getting comfortable on the plush furniture in the open-floor-plan living room. Cozy up and tune into the movie of your choice while the chef of your family utilizes the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
