For even larger groups, rent the other side of the duplex to sleep a total of 27. You can easily connect both sides by opening the deck, or keep them separate for added privacy. Perfect for a large group getaway!
All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
