This unit is larger than most in the complex and offers a pool front view, providing plenty of room for your group of up to 6 guests. With deeded beach access just across the street, you’ll be on the Gulf of Mexico in minutes. Plus, you’re within walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and shopping in the downtown area. Step inside and unwind in a vibrant emerald-green retreat, where plush sofa and a TV invite you to relax and feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, blender, and microwave for easy meal prep. Enjoy meals together at the dining area with seating for 5, plus 3 additional bar stools in the kitchen perfect for casual meals. There’s also a half bathroom downstairs for added convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms: the Queen bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the pool, and the second bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed with trundle, ideal for kids or extra guests. Both bedrooms share a bathroom, offering convenience for all guests. Outside, relax by the outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the sun.
