The view from the balcony is gorgeous, watching the sunset was one of my families favorite times. The host supplied so many family games, movies and beach supplies to choose from. Theres so much to do in walking distance and the beach is literally right outside the entrance. It's walking distance to some of the hot spots on the main beach parkway. The building only has 30 units--which meant the beach wasn't overly crowded in front of the building. With public parking right next door--our friends were able to park there and join us on the beach. The unit was on the top floor which gave us amazing views of the Gulf from the bedroom and kitchen and living room. The unit was super clean and well stocked. Lots of beach items, games and dvds. We will be returning. The view is amazing. Really, the online pic doesn’t do it justice. Plus you can see over to the bay/canal side where the sun sets. The balcony is huge. We eat lunch out there every day. The bed set up is perfect for our family. And Dorothy is super responsive if you ever need anything. She’ll text back within minutes. Perfect spot right on the beach with a great view. Loved how the place was decorated. All the little details were so cute. The condo had everything we could possibly need for cooking and plenty of supplies to hang out on the beach. Will stay here again ##### erica O. There was no detail missed- the kitchen was fully stocked as were the bathrooms and bedrooms! There are plenty of sand toys and boogie boards!!
