Private pier for Fishing. This house is professionally managed by Sunset Properties You must be 25 to book this house located in Fort Morgan area. Get "Out of Office" and into this modern beautiful bayfront home with access to fishing and kayaking! An outdoor enthusiasts dream. This home is equipped with a fire pit, grill, corn hole boards, and four kayaks for you to use during your stay. In addition, the private pier has a kayak easy entry system as well as a boat lift for those who are more adventurous! Just a 5 minute walk across Ft. Morgan Road will give you access to the Gulf of Mexico, and dog friendly Ft. Morgan Beach! This quiet home sleeps 12 comfortably with an open concept floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and beautiful living room with multiple views of the Mobile Bay. The first floor has a master bedroom with a king bed, master bath with a shower, as well as an ADA accessible walk in tub, and a large walk in closet. The two additional bedrooms on this level each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom. Attached to the living room is an enclosed outdoor seating area that showcases the the bay and provides access to the back porch that leads down to the cozy fire pit. The second floor has a full bathroom as well as a large bonus/playroom with with 2 sets of twin bunk beds ( 4 twin beds total) and a small hallway leading to a queen bed with a full view of the bay. This room also has access to a balcony with amazing unobstructed views of the bay! Our personal favorite spot to star gaze! · 1st Floor - · Master bedroom - King bed - Private bath · 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed · 3rd Bedroom - Queen bed · 2nd Floor - · Bonus room - Queen bed - Four twin bunk beds upstairs bathroom. This home is pet friendly, small dogs only. 50 lb limit No other pets allowed. Kitchen is well equipped. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the piers and caught several fish! Coffee on the deck was lovely and even spotted dolphins. The inside is huge-plenty of rooms and great decks! The outside dock had a board missing, boat lift and luggage lift did not work, also the yellow kayak will sink. The neighbor said that kayak has done that with everyone-so hopefully it gets removed and you wont have to try and lug it out of he water like we did. Reviewer Comments: First, we used Sunset Properties to book our stay. They were fantastic with the booking and then keeping us informed with reminders, every step of the way. Becky Smith was our agent and she was great, even giving me her cell number in case we needed something after hours. Luckily we didn’t bother her since there was no need. Everything went perfectly. The Out of Office property was perfect for us. We had nine in our family. The five girls wanted the second level for their own space. Very roomy with their own bath. As hot as it was outside, the AC worked great so we were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies if we needed them. The property is on the bayside and the view is beautiful. We felt very safe in the area. Reviewer Comments: We rented the "Out of Office" house as a getaway from New Orleans after Hurricane Ida. It was a lovely place in a nice and quiet location in Ft. Morgan. We loved fishing off of the dock and walking over to the beach. Though we didn't have a boat, the boat dock and lift looked perfect. The neighbors were welcoming and kind and the house had everything we needed. The one suggestion I would have is that you need to stock up on groceries, as the closest big grocery store was near the turn off for Orange Beach. This location and this home were absolutely perfect! We will look no further! It is a short five minute walk to the beach but the home is also on the bay. We sat out by the fire pit and roasted marshmallows, kayaked, fished from the pier, and relaxed on the homes many beautiful decks. If you are looking for a place where you can have it all this is it! Quiet seclusion, great things for the kids to do, rest and relaxation for the parents. And did I mention the beautiful beach? The management was amazing and extremely responsive anytime we had a question or issue. The one small issue we had the handyman arrived within 15 minutes. It has a really nice recreation area that we took advantage of, as well as a dock that we fished off of and even caught enough for dinner one night. We went Red Snapper Fishing with Nichole Charters during our stay as well. It was very convenient for us because the marina that our charter leaves from is only a mile down the road from this house.
