We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. SeaWind is a wonderful property for families with kids of all ages. Zero entry pool for the little ones which I noticed is shaded in the afternoons by the building. Another indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub for everyone else. Beach is a very short walk from the elevators. There was a food truck on site this year for a quick convenient bite or drink. Sea-n-Suds is next door and has great food. Prepare for long wait times at all restaurants in the area. We had 1-2 hour wait times for dinner. Our room was as advertised. It was hard to find one with 2 BR plus bunk bed and this one fit the bill. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and towels and linens were good quality. Bring your hand soap for sinks, toilet paper, and extra dishwasher and laundry detergent (you are given 2 of each). ##### Luke M. The only bad thing about this trip was leaving. We were there during hurricane Francine, but the property managers were in contact with us about conditions and storm prep. All in all, the condo was clean, the views were amazing. I recommend getting to the balcony around 9:30-10 am that's when you can really see the dolphins. We visit GS every summer for our family vacation. This was our second time to stay in the Seawind Condos and I think it will be our go to place. 1708 was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. Really liked the wagon, beach chairs, and other beach items that were available for our use in the laundry room.
