This spacious unit at the (low density) Phoenix VIII offers both indoor (with hot tub) and outdoor pools along with a fitness center and tennis/pickleball court. Recently added vehicle charging station. The location is also within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. Great location, balcony and parking; the smaller complex is advantageous in that aspect. Cons: the sofa and one of the chairs in the living area and one of the mattresses in the double-queen room have seen there better days. We actually looked up the name of the mattress in guest room as it was fabulous! Two balconies - one ocean facing and the other street facing. Balcony was extended and we had plenty of room for our party. The unit was clean and I love keyless entry. We had friends that rented another unit and they were keeping up with keys. Great trip! Had a nice, big wrap around balcony where we spent mornings & evenings relaxing & enjoying the beach views. Right on the beach & very close to restaurants, bars & the grocery store.
