Due to limited parking space a 1 car limit is strictly enforced. Monthly reservations in this nonsmoking property are available November- March 1st. Reserve your fun at the beach today! During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present. I saw a review that the furniture was outdated, however, the tables in the living room are the only thing outdated to me and not great for kids really either. Personal opinion.. I do think the option of an ottoman with storage would be great or even an ottoman with a pull out bed. If you haven’t seen those they are great! We laid on the pull out couch just to see how it felt and it wasn’t great at all to me, but my husband thought it was comfortable. The king size bed was amazing as well as the bunk beds! Very clean maybe a nightlight or a tv for the bunk beds. We went and bought a portable nightlight because my almost 2 year old woke up screaming because it was so dark, again personal thing. LOVED being on the beach, great outdoor furniture, maybe a screen on the sliding door would be nice if you had children with you. Great storage, great comfy beds, loved the Roku tv, amazing location!
