Enjoy the beach just steps away with deeded beach access; and also the lagoon with piers, perfect for fishing, boating, kayaking or simply enjoying the sunset. The unit has views of one of the pools and the Gulf of Mexico. You can sleep 8 very comfortably in the bedrooms but there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for any additional guests as well as an available and comfortable air mattress. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals in, but the area has some great restaurants if you prefer to go out. Additionally, the complex features a covered BBQ grilling area on the lagoon front. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the hallway closet, which is also stocked with beach towels for use during your stay. If anything just don’t bring a large group or talk/play music after 9pm. Neighbors will give you dirty looks. Check in was very difficult as well, we could not get in contact with host until hours after check in, and when contacted days before got no response. It had great access to the beach! It is a few miles down from all the restaurants in Gulf Shores, but the road was less busy and the beach was less busy as well. The pool is very nice and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The listing said there were beach towels provided in the condo, but there were none. Make sure you pack towels! There was a couple things that could’ve made a better stay with having an infant ( a few broken tiles in bathroom, poor water pressure) and of course the peninsula is super packed but overall the stay was amazing and we enjoyed every second ##### Caeleigh M. We really enjoyed Jennifers property, and she laid everything out so that we would be comfortable with everything :) Parking is nice and its located in a nice seemingly quiet neighborhood!
