The main floor offers a spacious living area with a large flat screen TV with plenty of seating. The living space also includes the kitchen and dining with seating for 12 at the table and bar. The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances that will make your meal prep a breeze. Guests will find 1 large bedroom with a king bed and TV plus a shared hall bathroom and a sideboard stocked with games and puzzles for all ages. Step outside onto the Gulf facing deck where you can drink your coffee as the sun comes up or toast a memorable day as the sun goes down. If you are looking for some shade during the day, ask our concierge service about having a 10x10 tent set up for $125/week! Upstairs you will find 2 guest bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the other has 4 twin extra long bunks. These rooms have wall mounted TVs and share a bathroom. The extra large master can also be found on this floor, the room includes a king bed plus a sleeper sofa, wall mounted TV, sitting area overlooking the Gulf, well stocked library and a private en suite bathroom. Outside there is covered parking for 2 vehicles and generous space for others as well. Guests will love the BBQ area that features a Traeger-style smoker and 2 Weber grills. A second refrigerator/freezer is located in the lower level entrance area to provide ample space for food and drinks for a large crowd. The stores are a bit of a drive and there were a few basic things the house didn't have so we had to go into town a few times. So were all the dishes glasses and utensils. The kitchen is equipped extremely well with high quality cooking and serving vessels. Great coffeemaker. The house is decorated much nicer and cuter than many other beach rentals we have stayed in. Very tasteful beach decor. Also an incredible library of novels upstairs in MBR. One minor criticism is the ad stated there was a Traeger pellet smoker at this house. There is not. Everything else was excellent. ##### Christopher S. Very spacious home that is well stocked. We have nothing bad to say about our stay there except a couple of cons. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone staying there with a family Cons: the mattress in the downstairs bedroom was so hard it's like sleeping on a pallet on a concrete floor. The other mattresses were perfect. That one really needs changing. The sofas are a bit 'sunk in' but not bad. Renters need to be made aware of 2 hidden things we were not aware of that would have been useful to know: the filtered water dispenser is INSIDE the fridge. In a nice home like that it was odd there was no water dispenser. We found that the day we were leaving. There are no built-in USB charging ports. HOWEVER, we later found some extensions that were added to accomodate USB charging. They're dangling behind the bedside table that the lamp sits on. Again, highly recommended to stay there. We plan to stay again next year and hopefully that downstairs bedroom will have a better mattress. We comfortably housed 5 adults and 2 small children. ##### Sharon B.
