San Carlos 809 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, beautifully decorated condo with an incredible Gulf-front view from the 8th floor. • Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom • Kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. Dining room table seats six, with four barstools for additional seating • Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit • Living area has a sofa sleeper • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed • Second bedroom has a king-size bed • Third bedroom features two twin-size beds with two twin trundles • No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry • Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes must be purchased onsite at the front desk upon arrival (floor 3). Parking passes are $50 each plus tax • San Carlos HOA Rule: The listed guest on any San Carlos unit rental reservation must be at least 25 years of age and physically present for the entire duration of the contracted stay. Violations of this rule will result in immediate eviction as mandated by the San Carlos Board of Directors No Smoking property, including each unit's balcony. Very clean. Located in a convenient location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We would stay here again. Check in was a breeze, property was clean and well taken care of. The condo itself was clean. Everyone was friendly, parking was easy, spaces were large enough to get in and out.The only thing I would say is at one point the pest control guy walked into the condo and was startled because someone was supposed to let us know he was coming and they didn’t let us know. However, that was not a really big issue it just would’ve been nice to have been informed prior to him arriving. The only thing I’d suggest is more blankets for the beds. We didn’t have enough provided for the trundles and had to use travel blankets we brought with us. Great location near plenty of restaurants and shops. The pool was perfect, loved the partial canopies to stay in the shade even while in the pool. We'll be back! ##### Joyce E.
