San Carlos 303 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bath condominium offering a stunning Gulf-front view from the 3rd floor. • Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom. • Tile flooring extends throughout the entire unit. • The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats six, and four barstools provide additional seating at the counter. • A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit. • The living area includes a sofa sleeper for extra accommodations. • The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and the en suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a large jetted tub. • The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed. • The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed as well. This property is designated as a ‘No Smoking’ property, including all unit balconies. A designated smoking area is available near the BBQ area. • Skip the long lines—this unit offers keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. • A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Parking passes must be purchased onsite at the front desk on the 3rd floor. Passes are $50 each, plus tax. • Per the San Carlos HOA: The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and remain onsite for the entire stay.
