Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Step outside to your private, furnished balcony, where you can soak in the water views. The building also offers fantastic amenities, including a fitness center, a relaxing spa with a sauna, and a sparkling swimming pool. This condo is the ideal retreat for families looking for a fun and relaxing beach vacation. Whether you're here to relax or create lasting family memories, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Features and amenities • Private balcony • Equipped Kitchen • Outdoor pool • Fitness center • BBQ Area • Beach View Parking • Parking passes are $50 per pass with a maximum of two passes per reservation. Things to know • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. House rules • For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos MUST sign a waiver upon arrival to the condo. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
