Just across the street from the beach, this charming coastal retreat offers convenience, comfort, and access to a shared outdoor pool (not heated). This home allows one dog under 30 lbs. If you plan to bring a pet, please notify us in advance. A non-refundable $150 pet fee will be added to your stay. Day 2 of our 4 day stay revealed mold throughout the unit. It is very visible. It is all around the vents in the downstairs bathroom, the vent in the eating area, the stairs, the ceiling in the bathroom upstairs and around the vents in the upstairs bedroom. I called to alert the management company as well as sent pictures. Their response was would we like someone to come and take care of it? To which we said no we do not want it disturbed. The following day I dropped a pill on the floor which rolled under the coffee table. Much to my surprise when I reached to get the pill, there was a used Nike sock under the table which did not belong to us. On the day before we left, the WiFi stopped working. I reported it and was told I needed to contact the provider. Which I did and was put on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up and called the management company again. I was told just as with my own home things like this happen. I said I understand that however it was not my home and I was on vacation. We were without Wifi for the duration of our stay. ##### Rlb B. Almost like new. The location was perfect. We walked right across the street to the beach. If i had to recommend something that would have improved our visit, it would be to have more blankets.
