The perfect retreat for a large family gathering--This five bedroom executive beach home features three suites and five private baths with plenty of space for gatherings. The large luxurious suites and rooms offer escape into your own world without feeling cramped and crowded. With six decks and more than 1,200 square feet of outdoor living space under roof, this is one of the most desirable homes on the island. It also has a beautiful landscaped back yard and your own Bocce Ball court. The spiral staircase to the fourth floor reveals a magical siting room/office and an expansive deck with views of the gulf and bay on either side of the golf course! Located at the premiere Kiva Dunes Golf and Beach Resort, the home sits directly across from the Osprey pool, tennis and pickle ball courts and only a short stroll to Alabama's largest private gulf front beach. Kiva Dunes offers championship golf, 4 pools, tennis, 24 hour gated security, fitness center, clubhouse, pro shop, 2 full service restaurants and bars. Your rental includes a GOLF CART for easy transportation around the neighborhood, a membership to the private Kiva Beach Club bar and pool directly on the Gulf of Mexico- a perfect setting to enjoy gourmet dining and drink service at the pool or on the beach!
