There is not near as much sand as shown in the picture. I have littles and was hoping it would be a good spot for them to play, but there was one little sand spot that was surrounded by water. Not sure if you had to get there super early, to beat the tide or that was just how it was. Overall, we would come back. The location of this house is great for getting to the beach and it has a pool directly behind it. The house was the perfect set up for our group as we were chaperoning 9 high school seniors for their spring break. The boys were able to be upstairs and we had our room and own bathroom on the main floor. I did wish the laundry was on the main floor (please clean the dryer vents - it is a fire hazard). I also wished spices, tupperware or Glad ware, foil, baggies, etc. were able to be left behind for the next guest. It is nice to use what is left there and be able to leave there what you don't use. When you fly in you can't pack up the leftovers and take them all with you and it can be such a waste. Please also get a new vacuum for this house. The carpeting definitely was not vacuumed before we arrived. I took the awful vacuum in the closet and did it myself. Also, our bed on the mainfloor had what turned out to be stained sheets - please get rid of these - and I ended up striping the bed and washing them myself to be sure they were clean. ##### Kelly R. Spacious, clean, and comfortable house, great location with a very short walk to the beach, the pool right behind the house, and nice walking trail and fishing pier just behind the community. Loved the balconies on both levels, the huge master bedroom and bathroom and the very functional bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. Pool bring heated in March was a bonus.
