This complex is located at the very end of West Lagoon Avenue in Gulf Shores. The Three C's condominium is a low-density, twelve-unit complex built in 2007\. It offers no water frontage, but is only about 100 yards from a public beach access. Unit 205, is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit that accommodates up to nine people and has new smart flat screen televisions in the living room and in both bedrooms and new wood look vinyl flooring in the living areas. The complex has a community pool for you to enjoy during your stay vacation at Three C's or take a short walk across the street and enjoy the sights and sounds on the beach. Come and enjoy the pristine beach and soak up the sunshine. Snorkel in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and discover sea creatures and the perfect sea shells. Three C's is professionally managed by Island Rentals, LLC in Orange Beach, Alabama What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property. What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries. The primary guest booking is required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement. Renter must be 25 or older, present at check-in, and staying in the unit. We enjoy the layout and location of the condo. My only complaint is that we weren’t notified that we would be without power due to repairs from 8:30-2:30 one of our days there. Other people renting condos were told about the outage prior to their stay and given a price discount for the day. We had no air, fans, lights for going to the restroom, appliances for making breakfast or lunch. We were just told they weren’t aware of the outage and sorry for the inconvenience. ##### Cheryl M. The couch is so dirty that we had to put towels on the arms. Also it completely wore out. Blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, wicker furniture were full of dirt and dust. Only way to email to property office or leave a message, no response back from the owner or property office during Christmas Holiday week. We are deaf couple could not be able to watch television because we could not get closed captioned on television in Master bedroom. My son in law is technical specialist tried to get closed captioned turn on for us. He thinks something in device blocked us to prevent us turn the assistance menu on television in Master bedroom.
