(No road to cross) Welcome to PHOENIX GULF SHORES II unit 1803\. Gulf front vacationing at its finest! Unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf! Our condo is perfectly situated directly overlooking the Beach and Lazy River with incredible RELAXING panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, plus an additional large beach front balcony. The unit is professionally furnished with a Coastal design. The Large balcony provides incredible direct views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo. The unit is appointed with full-size appliances, free high speed WI-FI, wet bar with ice maker, Large 70 inch flat screen SMART TV in living room and a large 58 inch flat screen SMART TV in the master bedroom, and Large screen 50 and 55 inch Smart TV's in the other two bedrooms. The unit has its own laundry room which has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, and two queen beds in in the other two bedrooms. The unit sleeps 12 total with 10 in beds and 2 children on the sofa sleeper. The kitchen comes with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Our family plans to visit Orange beach again next summer and we would love to stay in the Patterson Condo again. This condo was clean and had fabulous views. We had a great time and hope to go back. My friends and I enjoyed staying at this lovely condo! It was perfect for our girl’s trip and had everything we needed. The place was super clean and updated amazingly well. The ice machine was a game changer for beach days. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well as the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again, no questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The views were incredible through the floor to ceiling windows and large balcony. It very easily accommodated our party. The amenities were fantastic! We used the indoor and outdoors pools, fitness center and of course beach access. The location can’t be beat! The owner, Kelly, quickly answered any question we had. Plenty of storage for your own groceries, supplies, etc. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. This was the perfect getaway for our family of 6\. This was definitely the nicest and largest condo we've ever rented. Great location near shopping, restaurants, Gulf State Park Pier, etc. Condo was clean and well maintained, and large compared to some of the nearby complexes. Plenty of beds, and lots of seating in the dining room, living room, and on the balcony. Dishes/pots and pans were ample for our group but might be short for a larger group if you cook in the condo a lot. Pool area was great and the lazy river/water slide were nice features that we haven't had at other complexes. Having an owners closet to store beach chairs, etc. is a nice touch to avoid bringing them into the condo. The complex itself has only been open for a few months, so everything is new. There was an issue with a burst pipe which closed the onsite gym for a few days, but not the owner's issue. Staff and security were always nice and helpful. Would definitely book again. ##### Rick F. We had an amazing family vacation at this gorgeous & spacious condo! It was very well stocked and has a very large balcony that overlooks the beach.
