This property is located at The Oasis at Orange Beach formerly known as Phoenix West II, Alabama and sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This gulf front unit is located on the 22nd floor with a large, open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows. This 3 bedroom/4 bath condo gives ample space for up to 10 guests and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is a king size bed in the master and 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. Once you’ve stayed at The Oasis at Orange Beach, you will be ready to return for another salty aired sabbatical!

Quick little getaway
Condo was perfect, just as described. The amenities were awesome. The ice maker was a life saver, no one wants to carry 2-3 bags of ice every morning. We were able to fill up a YETI backpack cooler everyday and it still has plenty of ice left. Unfortunately, the elevators were down the last night we were there and it was a long wait to get back to the room but that has nothing to do with the property management team or owners. We would definitely stay here again!!

Emergency Business Trip
This is our 5th time at this property and it's always relaxing. Hosteeva was easy to deal with after a minor check-in issue and our stay was very pleasant. We'll definitely be back again, but in a 4-bedroom unit, as the 3-bedroom floor plan isn't to our liking.

Love Phoenix West II
This is my 2nd time staying at Phoenix West II. Both units were wonderful! I love the beach for taking long walks in either direction. It is a beautiful, clean beach (well kept and they even rake up the seaweed daily)!! If you love collecting seashells there is plenty of those to go around also. Very relaxing Lazy River on site as well. Great location to plenty of restaurants and shopping; and even miniature golf!! I would recommend it to anyone!!

Very relaxing place to stay and lots of activities to do.
The condo was nice takes a long time to get up and down the elevators. The rooms did not smell good from lots of stains on the carpet. Lots of banged up walls in the hall way to the livingroom from carts. Had a hole in the door of the master bedroom. The ground level and patio was very nice thought. Would not spend that much money again on that particular room for all the problems.

The unit we rented was in desperate need of attention.
Coffeemaker - broken and not functional
MBR mattress - severely worn and worst I have ever slept on
Guest BR - King mattress also severely worn
GFCI Outlets - Faulty GFCI outlet in kitchen and therefor many of the outlets did not work
Bedroom electrical duplex outlets - some had functional top outlet and inoperable bottom outlet
MBA - toilet in master bathroom was very difficult to flush and needed repair
Had contemplated leaving after first night due to terrible sleeping conditions from worn/old mattress, nonfunctional outlets in kitchen, and broken coffeemaker. If I could have gotten refund I definitely would have left. Very dissatisfied with the unit we rented.

We had a wonderful stay, condo was everything as listed! Only issues we had, two nights the air conditioner was not working to fullest... just would not cool.. and we had been gone, so it wasn’t because the balcony door had been left open. I did let the office manager know there were some toilet handle issues going on and in the master bedroom bottom electrical outlet did not work, just so the future guests did not have any issues. Other than those easy fixes, great condo. We love staying there!

Excellent value for the money.
We loved Phoenix. We have 3 kids under 9 and really enjoyed the convenience of a lazy river, rentable beach chairs, food and drinks on site. Our unit was larger than it appeared online and we loved the views and the ice machine! Would definitely stay here again. If I were to offer some constructive criticism I would say the rooms were very dark and cave like, the kitchen needs a few basics like salt & pepper, oven mits and teaspoons. It was very clean when we arrived and I was so impressed until I found a peanut m&m in my sons bed. He is deathly allergic to all nuts so that scared me that maybe other dangerous food might be scattered around unit. All in all we had a fabulous time and no regrets on our choice for hotel.

Great condo
This condo, as well as the entire property, was super clean. The view was spectacular. The linens and kitchen stock are all in excellent condition. There was lots of room for our party of 7. The 4th bathroom was very convenient when coming in from the beach with 5 sandy kids. There were property staff present throughout our stay who were all friendly and helpful. The amenities offered were great. The kids enjoyed not only the beach, but the lazy river, water slide, hot tubs, and even the chess board.
The wait for elevators at peak times (check in, pool closure and people vacating beach during bad weather) was quite lengthy, but expected with a building this size. The only reason this place is getting 4 stars is due to the beds and toilets. Both need replacing. The beds are quite worn out and make lots of noise with any movement. Our stay was only 3 nights and that is about all we could handle in those beds. The toilets are difficult to flush (have to use some muscle to push the handles down!) and will run. The master bedroom duvet was missing. The cover was there, just no duvet inside.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful views, excellent condo!
The condo had plenty of room and furnishings were very nice. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach provided a breath-taking view. The amenitities the facility offered were an added bonus as well. Easy check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and considering another trip next year!
