Caribbean #804 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings, windows in every room being a west corner unit, and it has a reserved covered parking space right by the elevator lobby. Once you arrive you can back your car up right to the elevator and unload the family. You have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax. Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets; 600+ thread count and extra plush towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve. We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors (including bedrooms), granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new King mattresses, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you! Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat. Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities. This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2, and $225 for 3 dogs. No cats allowed. Overall the experience was great. There’s not alot of space to walk your dog immediately in front of the condo but just across the highway, down the street, there’s a nice neighborhood. There are tv's in each of the two bedrooms in case you want to break away from the group and the master bath has a jetted tub(we didn't use it but looked good) This is right on the beach as stated which was great. There are also pools on the property (the indoor one was sketchy in my opinion)in case you want a break from the salt and the sand. This property is also close to restaurants and shops which was really convenient. Overall, a really good stay; we'd come back. ##### Michael M. The balcony has incredible views and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable and sturdy. A great spot to watch the dolphins in the mornings and the sunset in the evening. The location is great in that you are close to shops and restaurants and can get around quickly. The beach is a very short walk from the building (50 yards maybe) and the pool is large. There are chairs and umbrellas on the beach that can be rented or you can bring your own. The sand was soft and white and the water was warm and clear. Check in and check out was very efficient and reaching the owner was easy. This property has reserved covered parking which was also convenient. The kitchen is a good size, the appliances are very nice, great coffee maker, the furniture is comfortable, as are the beds. The bedrooms are down the hall from the living area and kitchen which made the rooms very quiet and having 2 bathrooms was great. The indoor pool at the complex is small but we did see a family utilize it. This is a corner unit so there are extra windows and light in the condo. It was the perfect home base and a great vacation.
