This charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom haven is tucked away on a quiet, dead-end street and offers the ideal combination of relaxation and adventure. Wake up to the sight of the Gulf and bay from our spacious, covered front porch—your new favorite spot for sipping coffee and listening to the waves gently roll in. Inside, you'll find two luxurious king suites, each featuring plush memory foam mattresses and private bathrooms. Our bunk room comfortably sleeps up to 5 more guests with full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunks that are custom-built to accommodate adults too!

Grab the beach towels and chairs and load up one of the provided beach carts for a short 150-yard stroll that brings you to the soft, white sands of the beach. After a fun-filled day in the sun, rinse off the salt and sand in the convenient, enclosed outdoor shower, complete with both hot and cold water. Then, fire up the top-of-the-line charcoal grill for a sunset BBQ under the house, where you'll find two picnic tables shaded and ready for an outdoor feast.

The Paws & Relax experience doesn’t stop there—this family- and dog-friendly home features a gated front porch for the little ones (and pups), a spacious living area with a 75" Roku Smart TV for movie nights, and a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for whipping up everything from breakfast to a beachside dinner.

OCCUPANCY

* Guest must be over the age of 25 and present during the entire rental. Guest will submit copy of valid government photo ID to owner at the time rental agreement is signed. Rental agreement must be signed and ID provided within 24 hours of booking. Failure to do so will result in cancelation.
* Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations contained herein or posted on the premises related to the Rental Property. The Guest signing the rental agreement must be present for the entire stay. Guests obligations include but are not limited to keeping the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and causing no unsafe or unsanitary conditions in the common area and remainder of the premises that Guest uses. Guests agree not to use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Guest's breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material and shall result in the termination of guest occupancy with no refund of any kind.
* In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than stated on the reservation and rental agreement without prior approval by Owner. Every occupant is counted towards maximum, including infants/children. Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in the house or on the property without permission of the Owner. Guests are required to be respectful of neighbors at all times. Please respect quiet hours and property boundaries. In no event shall Guests assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind. Guests hereby acknowledge and grant specific permission to Owner to enter premises at any time for inspection purposes should Owner reasonably believe that Guests are causing or have caused any damage to Rental Property. Guest further agrees to grant Owner access to Rental Property for purposes of maintenance and repair. If listed "For Sale", Guests agree to grant access by scheduled appointment upon notification.
* Property will not be accessible by the guest prior to the check-in date/time or after the check-out date/time listed on the agreement without permission of the Owner. Early check-in and/or Late check-out fees will be applicable.
* Door is accessible via an electronic lock. A code will be issued to the Guest within 2 hours before assigned check in time. The code will not be active until check-in time and will expire/deactivate on the check-out date/time assigned.

PAYMENTS

* 50% of total amount due upon booking.
* The remaining balance is due sixty (60) days prior to the check in date and will be automatically billed to the credit card used for the first payment at that time. If this payment fails you will have 7 days to remedy before reservation is canceled. No previous payments will be refunded.
* Payments that are not received by the due date may result in cancelation of the reservation and/or loss of previous payments.
* Payments can be made by credit card, e-check or EFT.
* A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to check in. After booking the host will send the guest the link to complete this authorization. If this hold is denied by your credit card, an alternate $500 security deposit must be made immediately or access to the house will not be granted and no refunds will be issued.

REFUNDS

* Refunds will not be given for delayed check-in or early departures.
* Hurricanes - Refunds are not given unless there is a state/government mandated evacuation. The renter is solely responsible for their decision and safety.

CLEANING/MAINTENANCE

* There is no daily/weekly housekeeping service included, however it is available for an additional fee.
* Guests are responsible for leaving the house in good condition at check-out. If house is found abnormally dirty or damaged at check-out, you will be subject to additional charges. If beach house is left in a condition that prevents owner from renting to the next scheduled guest, you will be fined the daily rental rate per day, until said house is returned back to its original condition, plus any out of pocket expenses incurred by owner to accommodate the next guests.
* By signing this contract, you acknowledge you must, and accept your duty to, immediately notify owner of any problems, damage, leaks or other issues with the house.
* No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, wifi, cable etc. The Owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that such amenities will be and remain in good working order. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature, including pandemics.

LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES

* Linens and bath towels are provided. At no time are they to be removed from the property.
* Beach towels are also provided. Please shake all sand out of them before bringing inside the house.
* Damage or loss of linens (destruction and unremovable stains due to hair dye, spray tan or makeup, etc) will result in a charge for replacement.
* An initial set-up of trash liners (one per receptacle), dishwasher tablets, bathroom paper and soap is provided. Guests will be responsible for additional paper items and supplies needed during their stay.
* Please do not move indoor furniture unless absolutely necessary to access the sofa bed. No indoor furniture should be moved outside the house at any time. No outdoor furniture is to be used indoors or removed from the porch/property.
* Do not affix anything to the furniture, walls, appliances, doors or trim with any type of adhesive, screws, tacks or nails.

SMOKING

* Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed on the front porch and under the house/in the driveway provided smoking is not near any open doors or windows and cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Any cigarette butts or damage/odors from smoking found by our cleaning/maintenance staff will incur additional cleaning/damage charges.

OUTDOOR COOKING/GRILLING

* An outdoor charcoal grill is provided at the back of the property. Use of this grill is at your own risk. Do not use lighter fluid. Charcoal starter packs provided. Do not dispose of hot coals in garbage cans.

I rent at Fort Morgan several times a year and this was one of the nicest homes we've stayed in and was perfect for our family of 4. The location is wonderful with or without dogs. Short, easy walk to the beach. I loved being able to walk to the fort each day. There's a beautiful stretch of beach that is a protected area that belongs to the fort. The house was the best stocked and most organized we've ever stayed in. Lots of thought went into providing anything you might need. Beds were extremely comfortable, lots of room and the entire property was neat and clean. The front porch was nice and had a gate for the pets. Great communication from the owner. I would highly recommend the property.

This is a beautiful house that has everything you could need. You could literally just show up with a suitcase. We had most of our family and dogs with us and we had plenty of indoor and outdoor space so as not to feel cramped. It is a very short walk to the beach also. I would highly recommended this property!

My husband & I and our 2 fur babies enjoyed our time at Paws & Relax so much last year that we returned with our 4 adult children and their 2 friends. Some drove from NJ, some flew in from CA, and one drove in from UA in Tuscaloosa. Michelle is a wonderful host who provided great communication, and took great pains to ensure that we felt welcomed- even going so far as to provide treats for us and our pups upon our arrival. The house was impeccable & inviting, the deck was relaxing, and the beach was beautiful & dog-friendly. No one needed to bring anything more than their luggage as everything was provided, right down to beach towels, wagon, chairs, permanent canopy & Corn Hole game. Our only complaint was that the week was over too quickly! We look forward to making many more memories at Paws & Relax.

This home was the perfect size for my family of 3 + our pup. Yes, there were extra beds but the layout, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach toys and chairs made this trip so much easier than if we would have had to bring everything ourselves! It was really a great trip for all of us and the pet friendly beach was a plus for our pup too! Looking forward to planning our next trip!

I think it's a rite of passage for every guest here to write their very own sparkling review after staying here! ;) The reviews alone convinced us to go with this listing for our anniversary trip, and they did not disappoint. Other reasons we chose this facility: they allow pets, the beds are super cozy, it's well-equipped, it's super close to a quiet & beautiful beach, the porch is dreamy, the finishes/appliances/furniture are nice & new, the owner was very organized & communicative, and there was a thoughtful welcome gift upon arrival. This is the booking to choose!

This house was wonderful! Very clean, and great space with 2 master bedrooms and baths. The host were fantastic and left treats not just for us but also our dog. Next time we come to Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores area we will definitely stay here again.

We could not have felt more at home. Michelle was wonderful about communicating & accommodating our last minute adventure. Check-in was simple & we were greeted with a thoughtful and generous welcome gift for us & our 2 dogs. The house was lovely, impeccably clean, a host book was available to answer any questions, and all our beach needs were provided for: towels, wagon, chairs, cooler & cabana waiting at the beach. . All we needed to bring was our suitcases and our dogs. Michelle made it easy to “Paws & Relax”. We will be back!

The home is beautiful and you have everything you need upon check-in. The walk to the beach is short and there is no traffic and no roads to walk across. It was an absolutely perfect week for us and our friends and all 8 kids! The one thing to be mindful of is the drive from the home into Gulf Shores. It’s quite a drive in at about 30 minutes one way. Definitely pre-plan your trips and be thorough as it does take time to drive there and back. It’s a price you pay for having the privacy!

The house is a perfect beach property. It is clearly newly renovated and beautifully redone. I’m pretty sure much of the furniture is homemade and the owners did an excellent job! I’m always nervous about traveling with three toddlers age three and under, but the sleeping arrangements worked out great in this house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to have a home cooked meal. The house is pretty remote from everything else so try to plan on getting everything you need in the beginning so you don’t have to trek the 18 miles to a grocery store. The nearby markets are not great. They’re overpriced and the selection is extremely limited. The location was perfect for us because all we needed was a short walk to the beach, which it is, just seven houses away. Traveling from out of state was made even easier for us because we didn’t have to pack a beach cart and chairs as a handful were provided for us in the easily access outdoor beach storage closet. Our dog felt right at home laying on the porch and we didn’t have to worry as there is a gate that locks. When I had a question the owner was easily accessible and responded quickly. I would highly recommend Paws and Relax!

The beach house is perfect, you really can hear the waves and see the beach to the left, the bay to the right and watch the sunset every night on the front porch with the family & dog! Could not have asked for a better property, location or accommodations to reset and have a little fun! Inside and Out we had everything we needed.
