Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. The garbage shute was right outside the entrance and at times smelled horrible. The balcony connects to the balcony of the condo to the left so therefore we had no privacy. We had a great view of the ocean and it was close to several attractions so we were able to walk instead of drive.
