Had to go get my own parking pass, never had to do that before its always been in the room waiting on us. Easy access back and forth. 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, all very clean. The only time we had trouble social distancing was on the elevator, but everyone was very compassionate. We asked each other if it was ok to ride with them. If they said “no”, it was not big deal, we just waited for the next elevator. Walking distance to the Hang Out and souvenir shops. ##### Jessica Q. The only issue we were unhappy about was the check in process. We did not receive our key code in a text as we were supposed to. Once we got close, we could not get in touch with anyone. This made for an aggravating experience. However, once we were in the room, everything was as expected. We would recommend this property to others. ##### Taylor D.
