Get ready for an amazing beach get-a-away at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo is a dream vacation for families of all walks of life. Accommodations suitable for up to 10 guests. Ocean House 2801 is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy time with family, and get away from it all!

Stepping inside, you'll find 1320 square feet of welcoming space to call yours during your next vacation in Gulf Shores, AL! In the living room, lounge around on one of the comfy couches, one pulls out into a sleeper bed for extra snoozing space, while you browse your favorite shows on the satellite TV. There is also a 6 chair dining set in the dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen that includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drip-style coffee maker, and a Keurig machine.

The master suite features a king bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The balcony can be reached directly from the master bedroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed along with private bathroom that offers a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers 4 twin size beds, bunk bed and twin with trundle, along with it's own private bathroom that offers a walk-in shower. When you want to step outside, you can enjoy the barbecue grills and beautiful beachfront pool.

Whether you are looking for an adventurous or relaxing vacation, location is everything and our location lets you pick your own adventure! You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the guard shack and must be purchased upon arrival. If you arrive after hours, you may purchase the parking pass when they're open in the morning. The cost is approximately $40 per vehicle (CASH ONLY) and valid for 7 days. If you are staying more than 7 days, you will need to purchase another $40 pass. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

Perfect view of the beach and easy quick access to the beach. The room was up to date plus it was very roomy for the 8 people we had staying there. Plenty of shopping and resturants nearby to keep us busy our entire stay.

Condo was very nice. Could supply a little more toilet paper when there are 10 guest and paper towels. Place is very nice with beautiful view. The trundle bed had dirty sheets which I sent pictures of right after we checked in. 10am checkout is very hard when you can only get a late flight. We went by pool to hang out until going to airport, security came and was kicking us out. I callled and talked to someone that was very understanding and let us stay far another hour, we really appreciated that. Over we all loved our place and gulf shores

Mark off the list for future stays

Unloaded all luggage only to find out elevator wasn't working. Load everything back in car. An owner with unit on 2nd floor came by and said "is elevator not working again?" I asked if this was a problem all the time. He said "well, it's a long story". Tells me onging issue that HOA doesn't want to fix. Patio door very hard to open (problem since I had shoulder surgery in May). Then handle broke off other patio door. Dishwasher had to be run twice to clean dishes - came up with error codes.

Perfect for my family!

Clean and cozy! We’ve stayed at Ocean House many times and this is one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in. We love the easy access to the beach, the zero entry pool and the grilling area. It was a perfect place to bring my 2 year old granddaughter, who loved the pool and the beach!

Falsely adverised a hot tub.

We chose this rental cause it had everything we wanted especially a hot tub. We soon realized after checking in there wasn't one. I contacted Sands of Alabama who managed this rental and they were of little help. Offered 50 refund for the mistake and we could leave early if we chose. Paint is peeling off the ceiling in almost every room.

Exactly as Described!

Property was exactly as described, nicely updated and decorated. Plenty of seating in the main area for eating and lounging. The condo location was great, close to everything but never felt over crowded at resturants or the beach. 8th floor had spectacular viewsand the heated pool was a huge plus! Kitchen had most everything needed, but lacked a few things like a pasta strainer. As with every ocean side property - be careful opening the door if others are open as it creates a strong vacuum. Upon checkout a lamp flew off the side table and broke (and my 9 year old caught her fingers in the heavy door). Management was very kind and did not charge us for the accident. Overall, I would recommend this specific property and would book again!

We had a wonderful stay here! Condo was clean, quiet, and spacious with room for the 7 of us! The kids loved the pool, and the condo was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, a skimboard and lots of toys for the sand. Kitchen was well stocked, although there was no colandar if you plan on making pasta (first world problem, I realize). We would 100% stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, with no issues. The property is as described. We were pleased to find some beach chairs and toys. The condo was clean, with plenty of starter soaps, well stocked in the kitchen, etc. Be aware, due to the amount/ size of kitchen equipment, there isn't space to put dry goods anywhere but the counter. That wasn't a big problem. (Just go look at the ocean, that makes everything okay!) I had several questions before our stay, and they were all answered promptly. For maintenance: I would suggest the LR sliding doors be "greased" or something. They were hard to open/close. We would stay here again!

Great Stay

I can't say enough about our trip to Gulf Shores and our condo at Ocean House II. The listing was spot on and I realized very quickly the high ratings the condo received were well earned. This place is in a great location and had very easy access to the pool and beach. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are both beautiful with plenty of restaurants and activities for everyone in the family. Overall we had a great trip and experience and will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay (last minute)

Our family just arrived in Hilton Head, SC when Hurricane Debby made landfall. It was going to rain for our entire vacation so we made a last minute decision to chase the sun. Thankfully this property was available. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we absolutely loved it! The entire area was great. This condo in Ocean House II was perfect for our family of six adults. The condo had two balconies that provided great views of the gulf and the sunset over Little Lagoon. It also had all of the amenities we were looking for. We loved the beach and the pool. The entire complex exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back.

Love Ocean House!

We have stayed at this complex twice now and love the property. Convenient location and a clean and beautiful beach. The pool is amazing with its zero entry and we simply love staying here. It’s forever where we stay in Gulf Shores. This specific unit was clean and perfect for our family and my parents to share with its 3 bedrooms.

The property is very nice, beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the pools because we preferred the beach, but they were especially nice if you’re looking for that. Overall the property was clean where it counts. Fans were a little dusty and the inside of the washer was moldy, pretty common for front loaders. Overall great communication except a dryer repairman was coming on our first full day there, which was fine, but I was told we would have a text when he was heading there. We never got a text telling us a time frame and thankfully it wasn’t an awkward situation since he just let himself in and took my husband by a bit of a surprise. The kitchen trash was also an office size, not the typical bigger size, so given it’s a rental to accommodate a bigger group, I would have expected a little larger of one. These were all pretty minor issues and didn’t affect how much we enjoyed the location and our time there. 😊

The unit is nice, very clean and spacious in a quiet part of the beach. The building needs some TLC and a good cleaning plus some exterior paint work to bring it up to current standards.
