The best show you’ll ever see is the stunning views of the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico right through your floor-to-ceiling windows when you stay at Edgewater West. This beachfront escape is conveniently located on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores.  
  
Imagine waking up to breathtaking views each morning, heading downstairs for a stroll on the sugary white sand, and spending the day swimming in the pool. Sounds like paradise to us!  
  
This gorgeous condo is spacious, bright, and airy and comes with custom-made furniture and beautiful sea-themed décor.  
  
A spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows allows for plenty of sunshine. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for up to 11 people and the kitchen is spacious and allows for home cooking.  
  
Location-wise it doesn’t get any better than this as this Gulf-front condo is placing you just minutes from the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, Waterville USA, and many other attractions. You'll also be within a mile of several wonderful dining and entertainment options, including The Hangout, Bahama Bob's Beach Side Cafe, and De Soto's Seafood Kitchen.

Things to know  
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”  
• Please note we don't provide beach towels  
• Gatherings of more than 11 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.  
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.  
House rules  
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.  
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.  
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.  
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.  
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law  
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.  
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.  
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.  
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

#### Our beach trip

Only thing was the pictures showed we should have had two more twin beds but we still slept comfortably either way. Also even though we didn't have a balcony the view was still absolutely beautiful . . We will definitely book again .

Great place to stay, we were on the 10th floor. It was big enough for the 12 of us. The elevator was a little scary. A few steps from the beach. No balconies but the kids loved the huge windows.

#### Everything was great

We stayed at this building a lot. This is the first time having to get a different unit then the one we usually stay in. It was great unit look like the pictures online. Love the area. There was a small problem with the shower in one of the bathrooms. Notified the number on the check in and it was fixed immediately.

#### Great size condi

We loved the size of the condo, four bedrooms and large living area and kitchen. We liked that it did not have a balcony since we had small children with us. Loved the huge windows so still felt we were right on the beach. The only negatives are there was supposed to be king beds in the rooms with bathrooms but one of them was a queen. Also, all of the mattresses need to be replaced. Everyone complained about the mattresses, especially the twin beds. We will book this condo again once mattresses are replaced.
