From the 14th floor you will look out over the sugar white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico or allow the child in you to gaze down below and imagine all the fun to be had in the winding lazy river of the beautiful Caribe Resort. Whether you are in need of fun and adventure or calm and relaxation, you can find it all in this newly renovated penthouse! Just park in your reserved parking space right next to the elevator and come on up to your little piece of heaven! While here in the condominium we hope you enjoy the rustic Restoration Hardware furnishings and light fixtures such as the beautiful chandelier that greets you as you walk in the front door, the cozy lanterns over the kitchen island or the amazing chandelier in the master bathroom. Rest your heart and soul within the peaceful tones of London fog, white and wood in the living room as you relax under the air swirling about from the oversized 72” ceiling fan. Your feet will absolutely relish in the soft white cloud-like rug upon the rustic plank floors. After a long day on the beach come “home”, mix yourself a tasty cocktail from the dark wood and white marble wet bar that is fully equipped with ice machine, blenders and glassware then snuggle up on the sofa with the one you love and watch a movie on the 70” flat screen smart TV. If you are so inclined, open a nice bottle of wine and have fun preparing a romantic dinner in our beautiful fully equipped kitchen, which has granite counter tops, and under counter lighting. Serve your dinner on the barn style dining table with seating for 10 or carry your dinner and wine out onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh breezes blowing in off the gulf and the musical sound of waves lapping against the shore. A little star gazing from the balcony seating area will carry your evening to a peaceful close. It was Labor Day weekend so a few more people in Orange Beach than normal but the facilities at Caribe more than accommodated the in flux and amazingly did not feel over crowded. Convenient reserved parking space right next to the elevator and then a few steps to the property. Property owner immediately responded to any questions we had. It is pretty difficult to find a place around Gulf Shores that isn’t outdated and decorated badly, but we found it here! Lisa has done a great job making this condo feel like an actual home. Every possible kitchen appliance, dish, and utensil was there - made family Thanksgiving easy. We have stayed at the Beach Club in Fort Morgan for years and wanted to try something new that didn’t have the excessive fees for parking, amenities, etc. Caribe had it all. Very quiet for a large complex, great parking setup, nice linens…can’t wait to return! ##### Charles L. Master bedroom and bathroom is very spacious. Den, dining area, and kitchen were also very spacious. Amenities at Caribe are great with plenty of pools and other activities to accommodate anyone. We always try to find a condo on the beach and I thought this was on the beach but it was across the street from it. The only issue we had was getting into the complex sometimes. The updates are beautiful. The ocean views are breathtaking. The condo is well stocked with most everything you would need-want. There's a keurig and she provides a couple pods. There's a wine fridge and ice maker. There's shampoo and conditioner in the showers. A few tide pods for laundry. Lots of nice touches like that and I really appreciated it. My family enjoyed the stay and look forward to coming back to stay longer!! ##### Jessica D. Between work, college, kids in school, taking care of elderly parents and every day life events. This location provided the perfect getaway we needed. We got to slowdown enjoy the day and time together. My wife and I got to reconnect on the things we love about each other. This location was decorated beautifully. With the beach being so close and the amenities around the resort we really didn’t need to go anywhere other than when we wanted to. The kitchen was delightful and took full advantage of cooking both indoors and at the grill.
